The sales representatives here are rude, buyers beware if your a person who likes to be treated with respect. I was shopping yesterday day at bi-mart with my daughter, and this poor guy who looked to be in his mid twenties, was purchasing rifle ammo at the cashier to my left, she asked him for his ID to purchase the ammo, he asked "may I ask why you need to see my ID?" Keep in mind he was being calm and respectful, but the reply he got, everyone around including myself was shocked to hear this lady start ranting at him "Your the fourth person to ask this stupid question today, you don't look over 30 and you need to be 18 to purchase the ammo, do you not understand that?"
He was even starting to pull out his ID, but he was still curious because I guess he apparently didn't know you had to be 18 or older to purchase it. I couldn't believe it she kept ranting at him ridiculing this customer, patronizing him. It almost felt as if she was accusing him being a criminal with her tone. I was impressed when he simply replied under his breath "you know what, you can keep the ammo that's okay I don't think ammo is worth being disrespected anyways" he left it at the desk and walked away.
I walked out too putting my stuff down. I didn't feel this staff cared or not to have customers, and I didn't want to be disrespected like that poor gentlemen did either. So in the future, I am no longer shopping at...
Read moreI now am a customer of Walgreens pharmacy inside BiMart. Only thing I noticed needs improvement is how Walgreens employee speaks to BiMart customers when they ask a question of where something is. Rude tone of voice because those Walgreens employees don't learn where things are in BiMart so they can quit being irritated by inquiries from BiMart customers. The one lady was rude to me when I said I wanted to get my oxycodone pain pills changed to this pharmacy. My doctor had already faxed it over and she said it wasn't there. I called Dr immediately and they said it was faxed already. A lil further looking and she found it. I have a form of dwarfism with 50 plus orthopedic surgeries and replacements since age 11. I am 64. I am now dealing with PTSD and triggered easily. 🙃 life is hard enough when one is immediately judged by customer service employees 😑. I have my own business. Herbalist and I specialize in pain management for those who can't get pain meds for legitimate pain.
I am treated like a drug addict by my own doctor because she hasn't bothered learning about my bone disease. I am headed to Salt Lake City U of U Trauma hospital for hip replacements. Both at same time. Elbow replacements Knee replacements, screws holding my head...
