Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Grants Pass

I WOULD NOT 🚫 RECOMMEND THIS ONE! The ppl working at this one were very rude an was disrespectful an treated me extremely poor and badly... I was very surprised as I was off to the side on my bike finishing my cigarette an counting the rest of the change I was going to be needing some guy came up and was extremely rude to me and asked me what I was doing, so I told him even though he can clearly see what I was doing from the window and then he just asked me to leave and then threatened me for no reason an treated me as if I was doing something wrong... It was very rude and disrespectful about it.. He wouldn't give me his name when I asked but I think it was only one guy working there on this day February 26th 2023 at 4:40 I would not recommend going to...

"SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE" Friday i went thru the motown db stand and this young man, Teddy, who was so kind helped me. (He actually deserves kudos every time I go thru - i just don't have the time to go on line to give them.) He ALWAYS remembers my ENTIRE familys drinks... while the girls were busy talking this young man was taking orders, making drinks, helping other workers, I would like to steal him away for my own business, i wish there were more workers in this town with his work ethics. He makes my drinks just perfect, when no one send to get it right.👍 btw: I come from Merlin...

I am a native Grants Pass resident and while I love the homegrown business that is Dutch Bros, the coffee here is not my favorite. It is generally weak and then burnt tasting, even if compensation with an extra shot is made. Also, it is quite expensive for such weak coffee. I've found that an 8oz americano with steamed cream & sugar is the closest thing to a solid cuppa. All that said, the staff are uber friendly and foster outstanding relationships with customers. Oftentimes, making it a first choice, simply for that reason and the soul reason I give 4 stars...
