Castle Hill Games — Local services in Grants Pass

We were there 12/19/19 with our very quiet and shy 13 yo daughter. In Grants Pass for medical appointments which staffer didn’t know. He was awesome, chatted with us and her, took time and showed her .25, .50, $1 cards. Obviously not huge ticket items but he spent the time with her just as though they were. We don’t live in GP but will have to come back several times a year for her appointments. We will make sure to visit every time we can. She had a great time, wants her brother to come and can’t wait to tell her uncle about it. Daughter talked in length about how nice he (staffer) was. Castle is a great place to go to chill and make friends, the owner squirrel is really nice dude I've gotten the chance to become friends with him and I'm glad because he's a nice guy and cares about his customers. He always takes the time to show new players how to play games and helps his customers find whatever their looking for whether he has it or not. Would never spend my money here... both times I have gone in looking the person working scoffed at the children. They were attended to at all times, never loose or unsupervised or misbehaving. Only one excited verbal outburst, that would have landed in a sale had I not been given attitude by everyone present. I feel this store wants only their specific crowd and friends in there, everyone else is a disturbance and inconvenience...
