I wish I could talk to owner of this Domino's location. I've had a few bad experiences at this location, but unfortunately not much options living in small town. Tonight I order 2 large 3 topping pizzas for carry out at 7:05pm. Online said it would be ready between 7:30 - 7:40pm. I went to pick up pizza at 7:45pm and when I arrived there were 3 - 4 workers just standing around. No one was working on making pizzas and the tv screen that shows orders was turned off. The workers seemed to just be standing around talking with each other. Again, No one was working on making pizzas like they normally do when I walk in. One of the workers came and told me it would be another 30 minutes wait for my 2 pizzas due to how backed up they were. He asked me if I wanted to cancel or if i wanted to wait around for 30 minutes. I told him I'd come back in 30 minutes, no big deal. As I opened the door and began walking out the door, I heard one of the workers say in a very annoyed voice, "He's going to wait!!!" I thought it a little strange, but didn't think too much of it. About 5 minutes after I left, I got a phone call stating that they apologize but the wait for my order would actually be a 2 hour wait. He told me they could just cancel the order and issue a refund if I didn't want to wait. I asked him why it was going to take 3 hours from the time I ordered 2 simple pizza's, to be able to have them ready? He then stated they were under staffed and backed up with too many orders. I don't know if they were really being dishonest or not, but I definitely got the feeling that they didn't want to make my pizza for me. This isn't the only bad experience I've had with this location. The worst was having a worker yell at the worker taking my order, telling him not to take anymore orders, despite them still being open for another 30 minutes. He started swearing up a storm using the "F" bomb several times. I really wish the owner would do something to improve the workers professionalism and customer service at this place. I know they are limited to workers due to small town, but there still should be some level of courtesy if you are going to work in this line of work. I hope things will change eventually. It looks like a drive to the Stansbury Park Domino's may be in the future for me and my...
Read moreCalled the store an hour after my pizza's were supposed to be quality checked and on its way. Called the store and I got put on a ten minute hold and told it was almost to my house. They said to call back in ten minutes if it didn't show up. So called back in ten minutes and they asked if I wanted to cancel my order? I just want my pizza. The employee asked me to hold while he talked to his manager but I asked to talk to the manager. She told me that there had been confusion on my pizza being delivered to another house and she was personally making new pizza's and was boxing it up as we speak. I asked if this service was normal that I had read bad reviews in the now two hours that my pizza's have been sitting. She reassured me that service has gotten better since she had been in charged. At this time the delivery driver pulled into my drive way and I realized that she had been lying to me the whole time. The problem is not with the employees or domino's. It is with dishonest management and ownership. Read the reviews and then go to Stansbury and get United Slice. Its way better quality and the...
Read moreI visited from out of town and ordered pizza for the family. Everything was fine other than one thin crust pizza. It was 100% burnt. I called they offered to remake it and redeliver it. Very good customer service up until that point. Then they called to tell me that the new pizza was going to look the same because that’s “just how thin crust is” (funny, because that’s not how it is at other locations 🤔). The manager also assured me that they “pride themselves on consistency”. Well they were definitely consistent with poor service and arrogance. The new pizza was delivered with no knock and was left on the door step for us to find who knows how long after it was left. It also looked like their delivery person moonlights for the local news paper or is training for the the World Champion Disc Golf tournament. The photo is the “we’re sorry and will make it up to you offering”. Then when we attempted to resolve the issue, the manager would not discuss it further and that’s just what we get. I’d say do better, but maybe just don’t do pizza from now on. That’s probably better. But good luck in your...
