We Decided to try the local pizza parlor that has been in business for 33 years. The first thing we asked was did they have any specials ( not discounts) we like to bundle, drinks, pizzas, apps one price. The owner, presumably, looked at us and said we don’t do specials. She wasn’t rude but definitely not a customer oriented person. So we placed our order, mind you they had 3 employees and the restaurant was empty at 10 on a Saturday night, and we sat down. 10 minutes later a girl came out and said she was sorry they thought we placed a pre order and we hadn’t arrived yet so they didn’t make our food. Meantime my wife thought the soda tasted funny so she took it back up and the employees tasted it all out of one cup. Then the owner came up again and said there’s nothing wrong with it that’s how it’s supposed to taste. That’s when one of the employees spoke up and said “ oh I think I accidentally gave her diet”. So long story short lack of customer service, slow arrival of food and overall when you see a sign that says because of higher costs no more free refills on sodas you know this business is on...

Called in to compliment the service I recieved from young adults the previous night, and was treated like a dog from the owner. She hung up on me because I wouldn't tell the person why I was calling until I knew I knew was speaking to a manager. She was absolulty shameful when I called back to see why I was hung up on and I was still trying to get word to the manager or owner for the kids, finally the woman identified herself as the owner. She said she hung up because she gets too many sales calls, never apologized, still was acting like I was doing something horrible... until I told her I was recording the call. If the owner's response denies this abuse I can update with the recorded call. NEVER AGAIN will I order pizza from this rude and abusive woman!! She absolutely ruined something that was supposed to be positive for those kids and turned it into abusing her customer,...

First time ordering here. Have lived in the Newark area for over 6 years now. Decided to give it a try this evening. We were quoted 40 minutes wait time but that seemed fair for a Friday evening. After driving 15 minutes to pick up then 15 more home to eat we opened the box to big disappointment. The whole pizza BURNT ! with several pieces black and inedible. I called to report right away offering pictures but she said I didn’t need to show pictures. I wasn’t offered a replacement by delivery as I was told we were out of the “delivery area” and driving 30 minutes on my end wasn’t an option either. I was t even offered a refund to my form of payment (card) which was surprising. The only thing offered was a gift...

This cozy little restaurant specializes in subs and pizza, offering a simple yet satisfying dining experience. I tried the spaghetti—it was decent, though the noodles were softer than I prefer. The pizza, however, was excellent—crispy and flavorful. The Philly Cheesesteak was also enjoyable, rounding out a solid menu selection. The space is clean and modest, with about eight tables seating four each. Orders are placed up front, and there’s no table service, which I don’t mind. However, if you are a needy customer who prefer frequent check-ins and constant drink refills, this might not be the place for you. It wasn’t too busy during my visit, and overall, the experience was enjoyable. I’d definitely return.

We did take out, so cannot speak to atmosphere. My husband placed the order, but want to assume service was great! The actual product, no thanks! Odd seasoning. Don’t want to say “bad” ( as I did eat a slice while warm, but decided to spit out my first bite of second slice when it was luke warm — I’m a weirdo. That’s fine!). Crust is the quality of a cracker. Rumor is Harvest Pizza is where we should try. Next visit.
