Ordered at 4:45pm, asked how long of a wait for hot chicken #44, he asked and stated and I quote " no more than 10 min". Paid at 4:50pm waited till 5:12pm finally just asked for a refund when I asked for a refund they picked it up off the table laying there and said are you James #44. Manger said there is your sub we are backed up, no it was laying there for 10 mins so he gave me attitude never apologized so I just took my refund.
