Idk it does deserve one star… but I feel bad doing that. all three items my partner (vegan chef) and I (gluten free) got at the farmers market from them sucked, really bad. We took a bite and then a try-it-again bite later and just couldn’t finish the brownie (texture was awful and the taste was hardly chocolate and bitter and nasty), cream pie (tasted like chemicals, good texture tho and sweet), and focaccia (good texture, chalky flavor, too salty) that we got. We got a s’more’s cookie, frosted sugar cookie, and oatmeal cream pie. We are not gluten free or vegan and we would gladly go out of our way for these again! Everything tasted so fresh, the flavors were great, and the textures were incredible! I genuinely would never know these are vegan or gluten free unless someone points it out!
