Whit's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Granville Township

Regarding knive and candle I always receive from cold stone and others thats the fact but as I said its not a big deal, other issues are the factors need to be acknowledged. Well seems you didnt read the review completey or you dont want to accept the fact. Forget about knive. Issue is that day on my birthday behaviour was really bad. Secondly cake presentation was not good. Guy told us you can keep the cake for a week but after 2 days cake taste was really bad. As I mentioned we love your ice cream a lot thats why we came often, for which I appreciated from my bottom of my heart, but if something is not good then you should accept the feeback instead of giving excuses. After 2 days cake taste was not good at all, however we asked this thing many times and they said taste will be same even after 1 week. But in my case cake taste was completely stale and not good at all.

As promised no one called me for cake message instructions and owner accepted the fact.. Finally I have to take this cake without any message written.

Secondly Cake presentation is not good at all, you guys just put the strawberries that should be done nicely. Even Presentation is really not good..

This is really strange no knife and no candles were provided, never seen like that. I had a wonderful and awesome cake from Cold Stone when I was in Minnesota. They also provided me Knife, candles along with that. Please refer there website for wonderful and awesome cake presentations.

Really you guys disappointed me a lot and my birthday have been completely spoiled.

This Whit's location is not nearly as charming as the former location in Granville, but the custard is still delicious. Buckeye Madness whitser is VERY good -- creamy, sweet, and salty! The custard is definitely more expensive than other custard/ice cream/sweet treat shops and so that is why I am sad the store isn't nearly as quaint as it used to be. But a true Granville staple nonetheless!

As far as this actual visit was concerned, the customer service was fine, and they made our order very quickly, but store cleanliness could be improved. There was some trash on the floor in the seating area and a visibly dirty rag on the counter where they set the ice cream orders. Not the end of the world, but room for...

Whit's as a franchise is delicious! It is consistently good at what ever location you go to. They have chocolate and vanilla every day as well as a weekly specialty flavor. You can also get pints of other flavors if none of those are your thing. The service at this location was a bit lacking. I usually let it slide on busy days but it wasn't busy when we visited. In the end we still got delicious custard so still 4 stars. We visited on a Saturday around 2pm, there were plenty on people working, just a multiple mistakes made on our 4...
