Bubble Tea Bliss — Restaurant in Grapevine

Another place I've been meaning to leave a review for, for a few years now! I LOVE this boba place. The sheer number of choices is mindboggling! No matter what you're craving, this place probably has it. My favorite combo is getting a cheesecake/taro mixed flavored smoothie. I have never had a bad drink from here! (Unless you count a lemon smoothie I got once that was VERY strong/sour - but that was my bad for assuming it'd be a sweet lemon.)

Me and my sister use to go here easily 1-2x a month to the point the owner (I believe she was the owner) began recognizing us. She was so sweet and welcoming. Since the pandemic began, we've only been back a handful of times, but each time we pop into Grapevine Mills we HAVE to get at least one drink from here. Highly recommend. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Their food taste terrible, like PLASTIC!!! Then when you let the manager know, he and his son tell you they don't care. They actually said others like it, so they don't care!!! I nicely said, we like the other food, but my daughter's tasted like plastic and I was concerned it was a bad batch and the owner or manager and his son smiled and said they DON'T CARE!! I said "you don't care about customers, about a bad batch of food that has plastic in it?" They said NO to my face!! Please watch what you eat here. I tried my daughter's food and so did my son's to see if we tasted it too...and my daughter was correct. My youngest son instantly threw up because it made him sick!!! I’ve been here multiple times with no issues. That was back when more alternative people used to work here and the atmosphere was friendly. The new workers here were extremely rude to me yesterday. I was just wanting a bottle of water since I was still full from lunch, and the lady cut me off in the middle of my order and curtly told me “two dollars cash only.” …I’ve been here many times and that’s never been a policy before. I asked if I could add something else to my order, or if I ordered more than 1, would I be able to pay with a card. She nearly screamed at me and said “No!” …Guess I won’t be coming back here: it’s too bad too. Their boba is good. It’s a shame their customer service has hit rock bottom.
