MISS A — Local services in Grapevine

I give this location one star for the crappy people they employ and their no exchange when somethings already open and you don't know it policy.

I really liked this store. I have only run into to major issues one was when my 11 year old daughter and myself walked out of the store when it first open for the day. And rape son by Kanye West was playing loud and the curse words and N words were coming through Miss A speakers.

I was in Miss A on 8/11/2017 I purchased 12 items 5 lip colors. 4 pair of ladies underwear a no strip and two chokers necklace and ADA Studio-wonder metal? I can't even recall the last item. I forgot that I bought the items until it hit me I got somethings from Miss A. I whipped open the sake and took out the lip colors and the rest of my purchase. I tried on on the L.A. Colors- Matte Lipstick- Stay Put Plum. It was a new shade for me. I got a glossy lip color that was close to the same plum shade it was in slim tube it wasn't sealed. I also wanted to exchange two pair of underwear for another size. I didn't want any money back. I just wanted exchanges.

I understand the policy of no returns a little bit but a product a customer bought and it was already open, you have to make this right with your customer! I felt attacked and embarrassed in front of close to or more than a hundred customers in the store at the time of the return which was 8/13/2017 around 4:10 by the way. It's a damn shame that you can't help your customers but your customers are help fill you pockets. It's just 4 Quarters. I get it but I don't want to get a disease for someone who may have tried it on that would to law suite and that would close...

Worst experience ever. Never going back again. Literally ruined my whole day. I was honestly excited to shop at Miss A because my friends recommended me and it was my first time. I went with my boyfriend and he wasn’t even interested at first place but he wanted to try the rings because there were many options. When we moved to other section, one of the staffs came and asked us if we were doing good and we thought she was being nice but suddenly she asked if he had something in the pocket. I was still looking for the stuffs thinking that she was just joking but she asked seriously. She literally accused for stealing a dollar ring. I had some stuffs in my basket including the ring she accused my boyfriend for stealing. First thing is the ring was in the basket that I was carrying. I don't know on what basis she accused us but this is not acceptable at all. We had our day planned to have some good time shopping at Grapevine but because of this we had to leave without even buying the stuffs that we already had in the basket. All I wanna say is before having your accusations, take a good look at the footage. You can’t just blame people for something they haven’t done. Yesterday April 23 I went to visit Miss A after two months I am regular customer to that location but yesterday I spend around 60-65 $$$$ everything was fine till I pay for it there was a young girl in counter with piercing on all over her face with black metal and she have black hair she was ridiculously rude and mean to me can you imagine how it feels infront of 5 people and when you didn’t say anything she did not let me use 10% discount just because she said you need to signup and I was already a member there but she avoided me so she don’t have to give discount you know it’s okay discount is not a big deal but at least talk to customer nicely don’t show arrogant attitude when you are in customer service I feel ridiculous honestly if I go next time and I see her I will probably not buy anything just sharing this because I enjoy going there , I hope she will learn how to behave and talk to customer...
