AK helped me this last time I walked into store and he was so professional and caring about my concern with leaving ring for repair and detail cleaning as I now live in Houston. AK promised no worries he would send ring out to be taken care of and then he would federal express to me to ensure I got it securely in a timely manner - I was nervous, but trusted the process.
