Starbucks — Restaurant in Grapevine

The only reason they even received 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option. I did a mobile order and had 10 items, when checking the order we let them know we were missing an item. The ladies asked to see the receipt which was showed, they “double” checked the order given and argued that everything was there. When we got back to our hotel I called to let them know we were indeed still missing a drink. To which they continued to argue with me. As I was trying to speak with them about the situation they kept talking over me at this point I was very upset and tones had changed I will be honest. However she hung up on me. I give this place one star because I got some type of food poisoning after drinking their salted caramel cream cold brew. I usually get this drink all the time and never had issues and since drinking it I got a bad case of food poisoning of some type. I noticed my drink tasted differently than it usually does and I’m assuming the milk they used is probably expired and is why my stomach is not doing well at all and been throwing up non stop since drinking that drink. I honestly wouldn’t recommend getting coffee or any drink at this location. The slowest Starbucks on the planet. It’s not a good TEAM working this shift. They all look sad and are moving slow and not talking to each other. The dining room is a mess. Whose job is it to clean it up occasionally?
