MilkShake Factory Grapevine Station — Restaurant in Grapevine

I came into this location my first time trying this place out tonight, and I should have listened to my first gut instincts of turning around and walking out after being there for 10 minutes, I got completely ignored no Hello or welcome in or how are you doing? I first went in and used the restroom still no greeting. Thrn i camr out to stand in thr front near the register, being ignored by the 2 young white women who worked tonight and casually kept having a conversation between each other even after we made eye contact. Finally, as I was sitting there for a few more minutes. The white male came up and actually greeted me and asked me, what would I like?

I hate to have observed as I was walking out, that a group of family walked in, which were a white family, and was immediately greeted and welcomed in by the 2 white women who ignored me when i was standing literally in front of them. So I really should have taken my business elsewhere because I do not appreciate being treated differently. Just because I am a black woman however, maybe things would have been different if I bought in my boyfriend who is white.

Lesson learned i will not be returning and I hope in the future they will treat all of their customers the same no matter...

I recently visited this milkshake spot and was honestly blown away! Hands down, the best milkshake I’ve ever had. I tried the Dubai Chocolate flavor—it was rich, super delicious, and totally worth trying if you’re a chocolate lover.
