The owner here is very helpful, offered me many options and helped me get the suitable speakers for my BMW installation, my car lighting went out and I took it in the next day and they fixed everything right up!

Edit DO NOT COME HERE please, my whole system is fried and had to remove it ALL, this place only has ONE technition, with that said I came in to let them know that my amp is broken because they forgot to mount it professionaly, the amp was sliding all over the back of my car, so the terminal went out and is unrepairable. I went in to let him know what happend and he said that since I had my subs in the backseat, they couldnt mount it properly without sliding around, I should have hust tooken velcro and super glue to permanently secure it but I was naive..... He made this comment and you wony believe this..................... “ No one ever put sub in back of car, No one does that - Only the black people would do that.” This owner made a racist remark without even knowing and I want nothing to do with this shop, when I came in to report the problem, he was dealing with another customer who lost ALL sound due to faulty wiring. Please DO NOT have any installed or purchased...

Went to DFW Stereo with my new 4 Runner. I was going to order all of the JL Audio equipment I wanted from Crutchfield, but I decided to see when I could get an install appointment from DFW Stereo b/c my buddy had a very clean install done there. I went and spoke to Sam and Tony and was blown away with their knowledge, as well as the store's complete line of JL equipment. Sam's prices were competitive and so I bought all of my equipment from him. Better yet, he told me to bring back my vehicle in 2 hours and they would take care of the install THAT DAY! 2 Hours later I came back and was told the amp/sub install would take approximately 3 hours. 1 hour and 45 minutes later they called me and said my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed with the way they mounted the amp and its control knob. I've completed a lot of installs myself, but I couldn't have done the job that fast and admittingly, not that clean either. Tony even brought out a different sub combination to let me hear it in my truck and gave me honest feedback on what I needed if I decided to go that route. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and recommendation (the guy really knows his stuff!). Good prices, good work, and...

I have a 20 year-old GMC SIerra 1500 pickup truck and the CD deck went boots up a few years ago. I have kept the truck so long because my son, at the age of 10, picked out the colors and he has passed away tragically over 12 years ago.I went to DFW Stereo and met Sam and Tony and they are two very straight up and extremely pleasant, respectable, kind, knowledgeable, and TRUSTWORTHY human beings one would certainly have the district pleasure of meeting. I put a small down payment on an upgraded CD deck that has blue-tooth, radio etc. It makes my 20 year-old truck seem very new to me. I told Sam I would bring the truck back to him following repairs after being rear-ended by another vehicle. Sam told me it would take two hours and my wife and I went to see a movie. The installation was done well before the movie ended and well within the two hours Sam said it would take. Sam is very true to his word and Tony and Sam did me a huge solid. It's not easy to trust folks these days, but Sam and Tony are exactly as I described them above.
