Learn moreIt looses one star for the over all staff attitude, while they may be quick, but when your trying to get them to take any kind of national Subway coupons. “They have to have codes, they have to have codes” I’m sorry but as your customer I feel like you need to take that up with Subway.
Tell them to stop sending them out, I sat there as the timer counted down, and as it got to all zero’s he said “see you already used it” I was sitting there in front of him while it expired at that time on that date. (See picture)
They loose another star, for willingness for substitutes, with when you ask for another piece of bread because the one they pulled looked a little over done, the tomatoes looked a little old, etc. I have had times I’ve gotten huffing and puffing, and there have times where they have told me they don’t have other bread or cookies when it’s obvious that there are alternatives, and I’ve been told flatly NO!
Beyond all of that when you get your sandwich right, it is good, and the process is usually quick. Otherwise I would go all the way down to zero. I just can’t do that when they make good sandwiches.
Sadly I am pretty sure the franchisee is the guy that is always there so this is the best way to address...

The son of the establishment watching over a new employee struggling to make sandwiches. Also, I'm guessing the manager asked what I needed and told him I was waiting for my sandwiches that were supposed to be made by 10:20. Never helped. The new employee was struggling and should have been helped. I spoke out to the employee making our sandwiches and told him he should be doing both at the same time since I had the same ingredients. His response was he was making sandwiches for others not expected. This employee told me that he already made the first one. While watching him on the second sandwich I understood he was nervous. He was going to never cut the sandwich until I told him it needed to be cut in half for the footlong. I have nothing against tattoos, many myself, but would question why this establishment hired someone with a anime character on their hand, Ryuk, and from Netflix Death Note. I respect this person as an individual, but I will travel a little bit further for my next...
Read moreI went there a few minutes ago, bought 1 foot long, 1 6 inch and a kids meal and 3 bags of chips. When I went to pay i asked if chips came with the kids meal and was told no. Then I payed with my credit card. After I payed I asked the man for the apples that the kids meal says it comes with, but they didn't have any. So I asked for my money back for the 1 bag of chips I had bought for the kids meal. The two employees didn't know how to do that. They offered me an extra milk (don't need), a cookie (don't want), more chips ( which would have been fine if I did not already have to pay for them the first time) or a drink (still didn't want). In the end I grabbed a bag of chips and left. I would be helpful to a business to be aware of what is in stock before making someone pay for something that is not in stock, and at the very least have knowledgeable people working at the business you own. I have been going to this location at least once a week and will now drive further just so this location does not receive my...
