This place is ridiculous. The coffee is disgusting and taste the worlds worst. Me and a friend ordered a basic caramel frappe and it taste like straight water.... the fella that made it did not even put caramel on or in it. When I tasted it I gagged, I took it back and all he did was put a little caramel on the top. I swear it made me so angry. Stopped by Cocoa Bean Express for a quick coffee, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The cashier clearly a teenager acted like taking orders was beneath them. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. Just attitude and entitlement.
