Wimpy's — Restaurant in Grayling Charter Township

I stopped yesterday while passing through the area and wanted some quick local food. I ended up getting the 2 slider meal ($7.99) added cheese ($1.00 for 2 slices) and a 16 oz Oreo milkshake ($3.99). I didn't get the fountain drink that came with the meal cause I only have 1 cup holder open, so I knew I'd pay the full milkshake price anyway. I must not have been paying attention or misheard because I was charged $18 lol so either their prices aren't updated or there was $5 in tax Either way the fries were awesome, the milkshake was amazing - should've gotten the bigger one and the sliders were pretty good, just a tiny hamburger with cheese! I got a single scoop ice cream cone. It was the smallest cone I have ever gotten for almost $4. The ice cream was so soft, like it had been sitting out. My husband got a small hot fudge Sunday that was almost $5. We could have gone to McDonald's and gotten the same Sunday for $2. We were shocked at how small the sizes were. When you shop at places like this you expect to pay more, but you also expect a more generous portions. The owner is telling people about the rise in the cost of product, which I understand, but your portions are extremely small for the cost. Hot food, high prices. Food was not up to par. Greasy. Nice woman taking orders but the specials we're written on the window glass and it was I didn't see it until my son pointed it out to me after we had ordered I wish that I would have known that the shrimp was on special I would have gotten the shrimp because it was not on the menu so if you go out there make sure you look on the window for specials or ask them cuz they sure don't tell you no specials I doubt it will go back there again maybe just for ice cream if anything but it's $9 for a good banana split I don't know how much...
