Subway — Restaurant in Grayling

By far the worst subway I have ever been to. Before they switched locations things were great. I’d rather drive all the way to Roscommon to avoid having to go anywhere near this place. None of the employees know what they’re doing, which may not even be their fault, it seems nobody is trained there and is just expected to run the place. Nothing has changed since the day this place opened. From burning a pizza multiple times in a row (literally charred), telling me it’ll be raw if they cook it for any less time, to 2 employees walking out and one quitting mid order, and multiple times having nobody wearing the headsets running the drive thru, making people sit there for 10 minutes before they decide to come inside and see literally nothing happening. Also, if I made a mobile order over a half hour ago, and come there 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, to see that nobody has even started on it yet, when there is only one other customer inside and it clearly hasn’t been busy, and one of the only two employees is in the back doing seemingly nothing. I can’t even begin to understand what goes on at this place or who is even running it, but something has gotta change, because I’ve never seen such a poorly ran fast food place. Placed an order at 4:30 was supposed to be ready at 4:50 got there at 4:55 waited in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes nobody came at all, pulled up to the window still nobody. went inside the restaurant my food was not done, the woman making sandwiches yelled out, "it's not done". I asked do you know about how long, she stared at me like an idiot. I looked back at her and asked "5 minutes, 10 minutes?'" she replied with it'll be done in a minute, to which the man said just give me 5 minutes ma'am. sat in my car for 10 minutes went back in, still not done. they had a bunch of sandwiches laid out on the counter, couldn't figure out which one was mine so they ripped open the ends of the subs to figure out which one belonged to me.my salad had marana sauce all over it. All the while I was upset and the lady working was laughing at me the entire time, and then had the nerve to ask me if I was upset. They spent more time conversating with each other than they did making the food. Mind you there was me and one other person waiting for our pickup orders, not busy at all. They claimed they just had a ton of online orders come through all at once and couldn't keep up. There were 2 people making sandwiches and another person in the back room. I ordered this as a monster, with an online order. I tried to contact Subway online and let them know that this was unacceptable and then I require situation to be fixed before I ever use Subway again. Just this location but any location. In the last 3 months since this happened, they have not done anything to try and fix it. So I have been going to Firehouse subs, which is a little bit cheaper and the subs are way way better. Now, I wrote off Wendy's years ago and have never returned. Now, I write off subway. And you can't tell me this isn't something that was passed down from the owner to the managers telling the employees to go easy on the meet and everything, not giving the customer what they are paying for.
