Horrible horrible ordered on line for fast pick up waited in line for 20min a more if I didn’t just cut in and tell them i was there for a pickup that should have been ready by 2. They missed my chips so I had to cut back in line the manager hiding in the back when he should have been helping the cashier because she clearly had no clue how to do anything 6 people standing in the kitchen one making the orders and a cashier who don’t even know how to put in 10$ and the rest on a card. The lady in front of me had 18.48 bill and paid 10 in cash and the rest on her card the messed it up and she had to over pay because they didn’t know how to do it with out being $19. They are skimpy in the food and the service is horrible. Was really excited about not having to go to the one on 83 in round lake but they are definitely better...

I was a little worried about ordering here because of all the low reviews but it honestly turned out to be really great! Maybe they made some positive changes, so I figured I should leave a review. I ordered pickup in 15 minutes & when I got to the pickup line I was immediately helped with no wait. My husband & I got bowls with great portion sizes and everything cooked/seasoned really well. My kids got quesadillas, which they loved. A lot of times chipotle chips are over-fried but the ones we got were done perfectly! Portion sizes were not great. does the amount of meat they put affect there paychecks? because it seems like it. Also they were out of the adobo ranch the first day it came out. I also told the lady to make me a quesadilla and to make sure to use the fresh veggies that the guy was placing in the bowl. she said okay but then instead started grabbing the bottom scraps and went ahead and cooked it even though i said i would wait for fresh ones. I then asked for guard on the side and she put it in the quesadilla. My first time and last time coming to grayslake chipotle.
