Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Grayslake

I ordered a pasta and the pasta was not good at all… the meatballs I added were mushy and gross… the tomatoes looked like they were mushy and gone bad…. I also ordered 2 cookies. One for me and one for my husband… went I opened the bag the cookies were not in there at all… I called and they proceeded to tell me that they put the cookies in the bag and that’s why it was checked off on the receipt… I then asked them if they can deliver the cookies and they said they can’t due to insurance reasons.. yet they use a 3rd party delivery service to make the deliveries…one that has had multiple occasions where people have been almost robbed and food has gone missing from their bags… or the bag was tampered with… if they can’t be bothered to deliver themselves then it shouldn’t be an option at all… I’ve ordered from here many times and each time was subpar… I can make better food myself then they can… I will not be ordering here again since they can’t be bothered to do their...

Bit of a deceiving menu. Unlike other places, Noodles puts the regular price first and then the small. I know it's personal error if you don't catch it but it just comes off as deceiving because any other place does it the usual way (low to high).

I ordered the regular size which is the larger option, because it seemed worth the extra 2 bucks. Food came out quickly but the bowl was only filled half way.. I went back in to ask them why the portion was so small and the manager told me they have set portions. "This regular item only gives you 14 pieces." So they basically said the size of bowl doesn't matter. This applies to all of their menu items. What a waste of plastic.

Lesson learned: Do NOT expect them to fill the bowl...

I think my first time I came here was last week. Angie took my order. She was very polite and made the experience very pleasant. She's part of the reason I've come back to this location 2 more times in the past week. I am SO used to cashiers being unpleasant or rude at other places, and it makes me not to want to return. The food was also good and I feel the price was fair for the quality I received. The restaurant was also clean, which I appreciate. I don't like to eat at dirty restaurants. I also didn't have to wait a super long time for my food. Very good. Keep up the good work and I'll definitely keep returning with my friends.

Edit: I almost forgot, the cherry on top of was the team writing "thank you" on my receipt. That small detail brightened my day. Staff is very wonderful and I think they should get paid more than whatever they...
