Starbucks — Restaurant in Grayson

I just left this Starbucks and it is a fantastic starbucks! I usually go to the one on Sugarloaf parkway closer to my house and it's all right as well but every time I come to this one the staff seems so happy and upbeat. Today is specially Cat took my order I think that was their name. I have been having a crazy day and got a migraine headache early on .... I've got to take my kid to swim lessons work out and then jump on an hour long meeting call and none of those things I really felt like doing so I decided to stop here at the starbucks. Right away the person on the other side of the speaker in the Drive-Thru had such an upbeat and kind and caring attitude. They went out of their way to let me know which cake pops they had for my daughter and even said they could do half-caf. The other Starbucks tells me they can't do half past because it's only one shot even though I know technically they can because my husband runs a coffee shop up in Blue Ridge.... Even if they pull one shot from the machine they gave me a half calf and didn't argue about it but in fact was like yeah I could totally do that! We always give the customers what they want at our coffee shop and I can tell you that this one does the same! The brightness in their voice uplifted my day and put me in a different mood. Disappointment is all i have to say. There is always one girl there with a headscarf on and a nose ring who ALWAYS has an attitude. Went today and was literally the only person in line , barely any cars outside and waited 10 minutes for JUST a mango dragon drink , water and cake pop. Mind you we said venti for both which it even says venti on the stickers but we got grandes? This is the second time where i have ordered a drink and it’s wrong. Normally i don’t have a problem waiting in general being that this location is new but i find myself waiting longer here than i usually do at other starbucks which sucks since this one is very close to me. Even the customer service is never a problem here but i don’t know what it is with that one worker. I know you work under a lot of stress to make other people's days go smooth, and I know that there's a lot of mean, disrespectful, ungrateful people who think they deserve it all, but the most, and in whom you must focus daily, are the ones that appreciate and value your excellent work and we got you.
