If I could give zero stars I would. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had at your [insert exact location] store. This is not the first time Iāve had issues with this location, but unfortunately, no one has ever responded to my previous complaints. At this point, I feel obligated to escalate this matter to the highest levels, as this location is bringing down the Whataburger brand. During my most recent visit: The store smelled strongly of marijuana, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. The staffās behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told that the store did not have brioche buns, and was even asked if I would switch my order to another location less than a mile away. I waited over an hour for my food, which was served cold and still incorrect despite the delay. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand with Whataburgerās reputation. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of accountability and responsiveness to repeated issues at this location. If these problems are not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to involve the media and escalate this matter publicly to highlight the ongoing decline in service quality. In recent weeks I had the absolute pleasure of trying out the new Grayson location. My first visit was to the drive through. My order was taken by an up beat young man. His eagerness in a way made me feel anxious to get a bite out of my meal. As I was driving I munched on an onion ring. To my surprise it was even better than I expected. It was crunchy and filled with the full flavor. The crunch was crunchier than any onion ring that Iāve ever had before at a Whataburger. Absolutely amazingly delicious. My burger was beyond delicious. When I arrived home I so wanted to go back to order some more of the deliciousness. A week later I took a friend to the Grayson Whataburger who also is a huge fan of Whataburger. We were greeted by Ashley with a huge smile. She took our order and verified it with us. It was delivered to our table promptly and perfectly. The onion rings again were just a little crispier than I have had at any other Whataburger except for my previous drive through a week or so earlier. Our food was absolutely amazing delicious. As we finished our meal Agatha another Whataburger team member came up to our table and asked how our meal was and if there was anything else that she could do for us. She needed help with the pos system and when she called him over he was so rude and degrading when speaking to her. Just very passive aggressive. After he helped her with the pos system I went and sat down at a table and the same guy is calling for the young lady from the kitchen referring to her as ārunnerā 2 or 3 times and she went to him when yelled that name.
