I’ve been holding off on writing this, but today was the final straw. If you’re thinking about stopping by this Chipotle, don’t. Let me break down why: Unprofessional staff — One of the guys on the line looked and acted completely out of it. It’s not my place to assume, but he was clearly not in the right state to be handling food. He didn’t even drain the beans — I watched him scoop soupy black beans straight into my tacos without draining them. So now, not only were my tacos soggy, but they were literally falling apart before I could even sit down. I asked for two chicken tacos and one steak — He looked me dead in my face and still gave me all chicken. When I politely corrected him, he said he didn’t hear me. Meanwhile, the woman in line behind me spoke up and said, “No, she definitely said steak.” So now I’m wondering: if the customers can hear me, why can’t the staff? Cashier had an unnecessary attitude — Just miserable energy. No greeting, no eye contact, just vibes like customers are an inconvenience. It’s the kind of interaction that makes you want to walk right back out. The food quality is terrible — The chips were aggressively salty (not just “a little too much”), the portions were skimpy, and overall everything just looked sloppy and rushed. Cleanliness? Questionable. The food area was messy, and nothing looked fresh or handled with care. I’m attaching pictures so you can see for yourself.
I hate to say this, but this location truly needs to be inspected. I don’t feel confident that food safety standards are being followed here. If someone from the state or health department came in, I honestly don’t think they’d pass.
This isn’t just a bad day or an isolated issue it’s a pattern. I’ve given this place more chances than I should have. It’s unacceptable.

Snatches a bag, pushes it out the window, and then slams the window shut all before I could say “thanks”. But for real, who is ray of sunshine? She has figured it out.. has an attitude AND get paid check? All these years in costumer service, I was doing wrong?
Now let’s talk about my tacos. The star of the show. I mean, I ordered tacos, but what I got was so much more! As you can tell by the picture, it was more like taco soup? Was it soggy? Yes. And did it smell like weed? Also, yes. But who am I to question perfection? Compliments to the chef!
The manger at this store must be one of their best picks in this company, cause who opens a brand new store and gets a 90 on their health score, when they literally hand out 95+ scores? This manger! This manager definitely doesn’t set the bar high for the employees because the manger knows they will never achieve it, instead the manger sets the bar at bare minimum so employees have a better chance. Bright future for his manager!
I mean, whose fault is it really if I didn’t look up the reviews of this location before ordering? A 2.7 google review?? If you ask me, I would be the one to blame for having normal expectations at a 2.7. I will have to lower my expectations when I come here again.

Long story short I requested my money back .One of the workers proceeded to give me another queso,in which I asked to taste, before accepting it. Another worker tossed/threw me a bag of chips to taste the queso. It was not up to my standards. I asked for a refund. All of the workers begin to speak in Spanish to each other. This conversation included the general manager. They refused to give me my full refund because I did not return the "stale" chips that I threw away. They only refunded me the cost of the queso. Have you ever heard of such??? The so called general manager Maria told them to not refund me the total amount and was extremely RUDE! I called corporate right there in the store and filed a complaint. The best corporate was willing to do was to give me a free guacamole and chips. Whatever happened to going above and beyond to make sure that the customer is totally satisfied? I went back in the restaurant to redeem my coupon ,which was sent via email. I was totally ignored by the girl at the counter. I asked if she spoke English which she did not respond. Another customer walks up and she takes her order. Unbelievable!!!
