Do you know how to run business? These are the words the manager said to me after i asked her if she'd comp a percentage off my pedicure because it took 1 hour and 30 minutes. She argued with me, got loud, insulted me and was totally condescending. The service was dissappointing, apparently 2 of her staff decided not to show up the Saturday I went so she was aware of the time it would take for services but when I asked her if she could take me she said yes immediately, so imagine my dismay when 25 minutes later I was still sitting in what was now becoming cold water. It was the client next to me that suggested someone put more hot water into my pedicure. The manager and her staff weren't concerned that my water maybe cold after soaking for 25 minutes. If you can't keep staff especially on your busy days, that says allot about you as a manager. The person who came to do my sugar pedicure before she even sat down was trying to upsell me on a manicure instead of focusing on the pedicure I was yet to receive. I have no words for the lack of professionalism exhibited here, my anxiety level was thru the roof while I was there. All I wanted was a nice, professional and hopefully relaxing pedicure. The treatment I received here wasn't warranted, once again, good service only for some not everyone. This was my first and last time here, I'm definitely not recommending this nail salon to anyone, even in an emergency unless you ready to get into an argument with the manager or her staff. If zero was an option for rating that's what I'd...

I patronized this place for probably 3-4 years. My favorite nail technician was Tony so I always requested him because some of the other nail techs do a sloppy job. His pedicures are pristine and last for a long time without gel. I would call and make an appointment because I wanted to avoid a wait and make sure that Tony could do my pedicure. I stopped going here about 6 months ago and won’t be back because the last few times I made an appointment I would call to confirm I was still good to head that direction (I live 5 mins away) and they would tell me that he was doing someone else’s nails (even though I had an appointment) and then they would tell me I could just come later (defeats the purpose of an appointment). Also I had a bad experience in the shop where I had come in (at my appointed time and after being told I was good to come) and he was working on someone else’s nails. I asked how long the wait would be and they basically told me someone else would have to do my nails. I then had to deal with an attitude from the nail tech AND the customer he was working on because I explained that since I had an appointment with Tony I should not have to constantly wait excessive amounts of time for him or have someone else do my nails. That defeats the purpose of an appointment. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and disheartening. It shows that they do not value a repeat long...

I took my mom and me to get pedicures - it was our first visit to Extreme. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the sweetest little lady, who took us to our seats, and set my mom's chair massage for her.

Unfortunately, my mom knocked her nail polish off the side table, and it fell and broke splashing the polish on the floor to her horror. The nail tech assisting her immediately made her feel at ease, letting know accidents happen, as she kept on apologizing.

Ultimately, the kind and gracious way the staff handled that situation, plus taking great care of our feet made me know I had made the right choice when I googled the nearest nail spa to our home. We recently moved to the area and this was our first such outing. Charlie (Chino) assisted mom, treating her with such reverence and grace! Jasmine took care of me with grace and warmth! Tammy didn't hesitate a moment to clean up the mess made by my 81 year old mom.

Mom and I were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our overall experience was! We will definitely be back, as this will now be our permanent nail home! Thank you all so much for making my mom and I feel so welcome and special! I wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend Extreme Nail & Spa to family and friends. The atmosphere is warm,...

Edit 12/15/17: I got a mediocre pedicure and paid $25. For $25 most nail salons massage their clients legs / feet / and remove the dry skin with the stainless steel foot file. The nail tech only scrubbed my feet with the pumice bar :( So, I was thinking $20 not $25. My feet look so dry today. Normally the day after a pedicure my feet are silky smooth. Never again. Too expensive and the service is okay. I feel jipped. -------------------------------------------------- Previous review: The salon is clean and has comfy spa chairs. The nail polish display when you first walk in is minimal. There is a huge display a few feet away from the counter. I only noticed it once I was seated. I asked if they were all gel. One of the nail techs said there was regular polish there too. I wish they would of pointed that out to me when I first walked. My polish isn't that strong (meaning I can sort of see my toe nail). I paid $23 for a pedi and sugar scrub. Additional $3 for dry skin removal.

I went on Friday to get a new set of nails and was given a fill in instead. They were bulky and not the coffin shape I asked for. The fill in didn’t even go all the back to my cuticle on one hand, and none of the nails were smooth down. They were all bumpy. I asked for a refund and they refused telling me that there was nothing wrong with the nails so they couldn’t do a refund. They offered to give me a new set for free which I appreciated and took thinking it would be better, until I woke up this morning to my nails peeling, it’s only Sunday and I haven’t even had them for 48 hours yet and they are messed up again. I don’t recommend this place nor will I ever be going back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.
