Disappointed by the Disconnect Between Posted Hours and Service
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attentionânot out of spite, but out of respect for every customer who spends their hard-earned money expecting basic professionalism.
I visited this Panda Express well before closing time, only to find the staff winding down as if the day were already over. The posted hours said 11:00 p.m., but arriving between 9:00 and 10:15 felt like walking into a place that had already shut its doors in spirit. No fresh food, no urgency, and a reluctant attitude that made ordering feel like a negotiation rather than a transaction.
Letâs be real: if your business hours say you're open, then act like you're open. Customers plan their evenings around those hours. Weâre not just buying foodâweâre trusting you to honor your commitment. Imagine a 911 operator clocking out early because theyâre tired. Some jobs require showing up fully until the end. Food service is one of them.
I say this as someone whoâs worked nearly every blue-collar job imaginableâfrom cashier to chef. I know the grind. I respect the hustle. But I also know when corners are being cut. If youâre hired to serve until close, then serve until close. It shouldnât take back-and-forth debates in English or Spanish to convince staff to do the very thing theyâre paid to do.
This isnât just about one mealâitâs about the principle. Businesses thrive when they respect the people who keep them alive: their customers. I hope this review sparks reflection, not defensiveness. Because when you honor your hours, you honor...

My server was like a 'robot!' Unwelcoming, standing there staring at me, not 1 smile, looking inpatient because I didn't order fast enough! And I was the ONLY customer in the restaurant. I was getting my food 'to go.' After I paid for my food, I walked across the room to the drinks: The sweet tea was waay too sweet, but I got it in spite of it. Then I decided to top it off with Sprite at the soda fountain. While I was topping it off, a worker had a 'kitchen' or 'house' regular broom, sweeping the carpet under my feet, like she was 𤪠crazy! I asked her to please đ stop sweeping because I'm allergic to dust. She said something in Spanish, made an ugly face, said she was just doing her job, walked away while complaining to another worker! Instead of just saying 'sorry.' Who stands a foot or two near a customer who is pouring a drink, and SWEEPS a dusty rug? That was my 1st time at that location, which was empty when I got there, and only 2 'takeout' customers after me, while I was sitting in my car. I âď¸ now know why. Poor service, especially đ˘ if you're not Hispanic, Latin. DO BETTER PANDA EXPRESS! Before you turn into 'China...
Read moreMy wife and I ate at this location today for lunch. The " orange" chicken had no oranges in it. The noodles were dry as Louisiana heat in July. My wife has had an upset stomach since after eating. We both could not complete our meals. I suggest that you all put everything in reverse. Fire all the employees, liquidate the furniture and appliances, remove the signs, destroy the building brick by brick, demolish the foundation, and never thought about opening up this location. With this level of service and below mediocre food, you all are equivalent to gas station food. I stand corrected, you are are equivalent to hospital food after a long surgery. I said all of that to say, that we will never go to Panda Express again. I will turn my tv off if I see a panda on tv. Hell, I might not even express myself again because you all have put a bad taste...
