Riverside Pizza — Restaurant in Grayson

March 28th 2025 - Huge kudos to the guy baking pizzas Friday night on March 28th 2025. His pizzas came out looking so perfect and professionally made and tasted amazing. Don’t know his name but wanted to recognize this fellow for taking the time to make our pizzas look and taste amazing. Please do what you can to keep this guy on board here for a while, his pizza making skills are the best I’ve experienced at this establishment. To me, taste wise, and for the value, this is the Best pizza in Grayson!!

March 10, 2025 - Update to my original review below left over a week ago:

Went back and saw they highly improved their health score, it’s now at 96 points out of 100 and rated A. Glad to see that they rectified this. I will continue to visit this establishment as long as they maintain health scores like this.

Hi Riverside, I just want to know what’s going on with your recent Food Health Score? I saw it posted on your drive through window and it says 61 out of 100, The health inspector gave you a U score, that’s a total fail. Your input would be great here because I have been a longtime customer and always enjoyed your pizza but if safe health standards aren’t being met with the food you are serving the public I may have to rethink continuing to be a customer no matter how much I enjoy your pizza because I care about staying safe especially when it...

Management or the owner of this particular franchise really need to do some serious training at this location. Every time I have come I have notice every single employee without any gloves preparing food, running their fingers through their hair and touching their face then using their hands as they cut pizzas and at least twice I've come and they have saw me at the drive through and not once acknowledge or said anything and I waited at the window with not one but three people walk right past the window and say nothing. I waited at least 10 mins before just pulling off. And each time I saw the employees without gloves I drove off as well. And they use to have at least cheese pizzas ready every now and then now every time I always ask even before I pay because they always have you pull up front to wait unnecessarily because they either have just been standing around the entire time talking or something and not making pizzas because there are never any pizzas ready. I think I'm officially done with this place I'll get fresh pizza elsewhere. I would advise to reconsider eating here as it seems...

Went to Grayson riverside pizza and waiting in drive thru for one of the like 5 or 6 people to come to the window to take our order. One even waved all of them looked but no one decided to come to the window after waiting more than 5 minutes that is until we decided to drive off but then stop to tell the car pulling up that the kids are looking at us but not coming to the window to take our order. Sorry not sorry but Grayson Riverside has lost valuable customers in my family. We use to come here often like every week to every other week. Even ordered for my job from this location can not will not patronize a location with such bad customer service. Had to remove my 5 stars to 1. Would give none if that was an option. This happened on 6/10/17 @ 9:25pm. I hope all you young people who worked get a new lesson on custom service y'all all suck even the night management you need...
