Great Wall Super Buffet — Restaurant in Great Bend

One star for the lousy, unwelcoming, unprofessional customer service (except for the hostess). The waitress (long brown hair in a pontytail and fair skin) I had was extremely rude, unfriendly, kept frowning at me, and just seemed really racist even though I was very polite to her and kept my table clean. She only once offered me a refill, never picked up my dishes, and gave me my check early even though it was clear I was still eating. It wasn't busy. She spent her time just talking to the other waitress in Spanish (which I understood every word as I, too, am fluent in Spanish), and was also scrolling and texting on her phone the whole time. Also, none of the staff wished anyone a good day or any courteous greeting on the way in or out. Nonetheless, the selection of food and the taste was great. My wife and myself have eaten at several Chinese buffets across the US and this one is defiantly one of the better ones.

Selection ** There menu is not as vast as some of the others, but the food is always hot and fresh as well as being good in taste. I have tried every thing on the Buffet at least twice over the past year and have not been disappointed.

Cleanliness ** They keep the p[ace pretty clean and the restroom are also ok but the area is a bit older and show advanced singes of wear..

Price * Price is great I spend more when we go to a fast food place and do not get the satisfaction as we do when we eat here. I tip my hat to them for a great value

My wife and I just tried to eat at this establishment. My wife has a service dog. The restaurant was not accommodating. We were told that my wife could Not have her service animal with her at the buffet. This is a clear violation of federal law. A service animal is not a pet, but a medical device. If you would not make someone with an oxygen tank leave the tank behind, you can not make a disabled person leave their service animal behind. This restaurant apparently does not want disabled Americans as customers as they are willing to happily violate ADA. Again, if you are a disabled person, this place does not want your money. I fully expect to see them add a sign that states they no longer allow...
