Do not recommend mail order or ordering off their website. If you have any kind of problem with the delivery, you’ll get not help whatsoever and you’ll get the shortest rudest answers they can give. I never received the $130 dress I ordered and they don’t care. From what I’ve been told by the post office, the sender must file a claim in a package goes missing. Since they are the sender, I can’t do anything about it and they are unwilling to do anything on their end. So I’m out $130 with no options. Terrible customer service if you can even call it that. They didn't have much variety so the lady told me that I can buy one and if there is anything wrong with it, I can return it for a refund. The tie turned out to be too short so I called and asked about returning it, since it's been less than a week, and I was told that there is no refund and it's exchange or in-store credit.
