Ordered inside as drivethru was busy. Wait was longer than most times. When called to counter for order manager very politely apologized and threw in a couple slices of pie (unsolicited). I was impressed thoroughly because so many would have made you feel like it was your own fault for having come in there anyway! She genuinely provided a "customer service" & the food was hot. Order correct! Another visit...drivethru this time. No wait at the order screen. During order placement there were items I had requested that were no longer available but I found other appealing choices and placed my order. The order taker was very pleasant and the order took a little long to receive but the order was 100% accurate. The food was Fresh and Hot. Pricing was reasonable. Service was a "10". I went today at around 1 :30 pm, (3/13/2022)and the employees declined to give me a receipt. I asked for a number 2 meal and I only received the sandwich and the drink. I had also had ordered chicken nuggets and didn’t got them. My husband asked for the receipt and they said they couldn’t print. I came in into the restaurant and asked for the rest of my order and asked to speak With a manager because the guy in the front didn’t wanted to give me the rest of my good without a receipt and he said Mexican people are a problem. He unwrapped the sandwich and touched it without gloves and that was not necessary if the sandwich wasn’t the problem. He declined to give me his name and was super rude. Was on my way to the dentist when I decided I would grab some lunch. I was helped immediately, got the number 9 combo (chicken sandwich with a side of fries), and sat down. The store was relatively clean, few bits of food here and there. The tables were clean, except for a few, but there was no tray to set the drinks on after filling them. I waited for my food, which is my only negative in this review, the ticket time. Fries take 4 minutes to cook, chicken takes 6 minutes. The food should have been out in about 7 minutes; I waited 20.
