Usually I choose the drive thru, but since the last two times our stuff has come out wrong we decided to go in. I stood in line to order for about 10 minutes at which point my order was taken. He then turns around to make our food when I mentioned to him to wash his hands before making our food. He got upset but none the less he washed. Then after waiting for an additional 10 minutes I notice that a tray of my food is just sitting on the counter. I questioned them on why my food is sitting there but not being served or kept warm. I then ask to talk to the manager. She comes over to be wearing fricken mini mouse pajamas looking top with leggings!!! Where her uniform is no one knows. She listens for a second to what I'm saying and then pulls a wad of cash from he waist band, slams a $20 on the counter and walks away. I refused the Money, I didn't come there for that I came to eat dinner in the darn AC because mine at home has been broke for days. My chicken strips were cold, my son's a&w burger with ketchup only came with pickles and mustard. And my biscuit was so old and hard I couldn't even break it for butter. The cashier then tried to find me to try to give me the $20 again. Overall I'm super disappointed. Why don't you use the mistakes as a training lesson instead of throwing your own cash at customers who just wanted their order done timely and right. Disgraceful! Won't be back ever. And I'm definitely making a complaint to the health department too! Y'all need to get a manager in that store who actually cares. As a former employee of kfc you are not holding tight to the...
Read moreJust wanted 6 strips of chicken tenders. Asked if they had any specials on the tenders? The lady said no. (Not unless I want a bucket of chicken with all the fixings for approx. $30.) I was asked if I wanted anything else? I said no, just chicken. She said she'd have my total at the window. I said ok.
I wish she'd given me the total when I ordered. I pulled out $10 at the window and I was shocked I owed more than $16! I thought wow - prices have really gone up on chicken. I paid feeling the instant regret of having gone there.
It was pretty empty at the time. Approx. four other customers besides myself. Once I was home, I looked in the box and found two of the tenders looked more like a chicken NUGGET than a tender! (About 1.5" - 2" long!) I was also shocked that the flavor was really blah. The seven herbs and spices must have been extra, OR they were counting on me coating them with some sauce before I ate them, so they didn't flavor them as they should have.
Very sad experience. I used to love buying the big meals for special occasions, but now I think it's time to look elsewhere. Probably cheaper, too.
The lady at the window didn't smile or seem happy working there. She should of been happy she got me to order - without giving me a price! As someone living on a pension, that $16+ price for a few tenders and 'nuggets' - really hurt me in the pocketbook. I've learned my lesson. Always...
Read moreTwo months ago I ordered at the window, I asked for the original recipe and they told me that they didn't have it, that I need to wait at least 20 minutes, and they told me that they only had crispy, and I told her no, I don't like crispy, and she answered me very rudely. "Ok, whatever bye", and I told her, hey, I'm going to order something else, and she told me, well, you didn't tell me that you didn't want it. I told her that I didn't want was crispy and he was rude to me again, I got out and went inside the store, and what was my surprise? The one who answered me rudely was the manager of the restaurant, and I argued a little with her and then she told me that in 5 minutes she has the original recipe and I told her, you told me 20 minutes? And she just laughed and I left the store, today I went back to the store, and I ordered 2 famous bowls, and I took my turn at the window and a girl told me "yes" to which I told her, " yes" and she told me "yes, what Do you want" and I told her "what do I want? I just ordered" and she replied "no, you didn't order" I told her "yes, two famous bowls?" and she tells me with an attitude "oh yeah" what kind of customer service is that, when they don't know how to communicate with the customer! I'm so...
