Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Greeley

Went through drive thru at 5:30pm on a 67° day, we ordered 4 chicken strip baskets and 4 large blizzards. We get to the window, pay for our meal, and the young lady working says "It's s going to be about 7 min, we're waiting on the chicken strips can you pull around , park and we will bring it out" Then proceeds to hand us our 4 large blizzards.. So my husband kindly asked if they could please hold the blizzards and bring them when our food so they do not melt.. ..The response we got was not very nice. She asked someone if they can do that. Which obviously they could as she took them from my husband and waved us on.. May I suggest asking the customer if they want their ice cream now or when we bring your food.. common sense says we don't eat dessert before our dinner.. please don't make us wait with our ice cream...

Wow! This DQ is VERY popular! The drive through line had a line a cars in the street just waiting to get on to the property! I parked and went inside. Staff are very busy, but also welcoming and friendly. When it comes to cleaning the seating area, the staff are immediately ON IT! No trash, no dirty tables or cushions. What amazed me was how organized and efficient this store is. Orders had numbers for waiting, but were also organized according to size and complexity of the order. I was back in the order-waiting line, but my simple, dipped cone came up quickly. It was stacked high, and a delicious treat. The staff team worked like a team, and a well-oiled machine. NOW I see why this DQ is so popular! I'll be back to try their new burger lineup, and another yummy treat! Very highly...

Horrible customer service, came here with still having 15 minutes left to order, whoever was working last night proceeced to rudely say “we close in 15 minutes.” and was very monotone and rude, didn’t even bother greeting us at the drive through window, employee rolled eyes and slammed the window after taking payment. Shoved our stuff to us and slammed the window again. When we recieved our products they were messy, covered in ife cream and grease they didn’t even bother wiping things down. When ordering they rushed us and replied “is that it.” Ew will not be returning to this horrendous establishment. You close at a certain time for a reason. This place has gone downhill, employees and managers definitely need training. You’re better off taking your business...
