McDonald's — Restaurant in Greeley

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Consistently 30 min+ wait in drive thru... even if you order and pay ahead of time through the app. Most recently I ordered ahead and told the app I was already there before leaving my house... Hoping the food might be ready. Waited 30 mins to pick up my food at the counter. My daughter was playing in the play area with my wife watching her. We finally got our food and the fries were old and cold. Halfway through our meal an employee approached our table mumbling and told us the play area is closed and that we need to leave. There were 10 other kids there and 3 other families and we were all in the same area but she only told us to leave. I told her we would leave after our meal. She said the play area closes at 8pm and it was now 8pm. There are no signs stating it closes at 8 and even if there were... There was just so much wrong with that... The employee pointed a spray bottle at me and my wife along with our 2 year old daughter as if it were a weapon. I started to get defensive at that point and firmly told her to get away from our family. I had to ask a few times and it seems she was fighting an urge to attack us which would have been very foolish on her part. She finally walked over to an adjacent table and stared at us while mumbling and chewing on the dish towel she had been using to clean tables. We wrapped up promptly and left vowing never to visit this location again. Can't make this stuff up... If you don't believe me... See...

Horrible! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to ! Went inside with my grandson to place order for breakfast and a young lady came out very timid and she was very soft spoken. Proceeded to place order and asked for sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with an orange juice and an xtra hash brown. She then said they didn’t make that sandwich in a biscuit only in a croissant. I finally convinced her I could get it in a biscuit. So then I asked her for a pancake breakfast with and a chocolate milk then she handed me two empty drink cups ??? I then told her I ordered an orange juice with my meal and my grandson a chocolate milk. She had charged me for two extra drinks so she asked if I wanted her to fix it. I said of course if you charged me for it . She then asked me for my receipt and refunded me a dollar back with the help of a manager . One dollar for two drinks ? 20 minutes later we’re stilll waiting for our order and unfortunately other customers are experiencing the same . So I explain to manager about my order and reorder except she wants to see my receipt which I don’t have any more because they never gave it back to me !! So she apologized and took my order again. 15 minutes later the manager brings our order , bacon egg and cheese biscuit! Wrong , I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit! I ordered two hash browns we didn’t get and we didn’t get drinks. She told me she couldn’t give us anything else...

Worst worst worst. 24 hours my * they are randomly closed or drunk or something at night, always out of food, and molasses slow. I stopped business for ten minutes during lunch time a few weeks ago just because the guy gave me the wrong change back so I told him what to do but he and his associates and managers all got into a big discussion stopped serving long lines and still could not figure out how to get it right I stopped their business over $0.60 and I kept telling them, finally they were so confused they gave me all my money back but not the food, kid set that down looking confused and just walked away from the window, so I started yelling and I reached in grabbed the food and took off, no joke about any of this this should be called National Lampoon's mcds because it's never very good, not usually what you're looking for and always a disaster in some way. Always. The free meal? Yeah it was wrong the kid hit wrong burger picture on the clown register and ground the business to a halt, it was beyond all of them to delete wrong burger picture and then push correct looking burger picture on babby's first register. Go to the real Mexican fast food joint a block down, they serve real meat and veggies unlike every processed junk place such as...
