Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greeley

The food was ok. The service on the other was the worst service I have from any place I have went to and was able to sit down and eat. The waitress was not on top of anything but getting the drinks when we first got there, she came back about 15 minutes later to get our food order which then took an hour to receive the appetizers then the waitress brought out a mid meat lovers pizza which was not in our order, then she brought the melts that we order and completely forgot about the personal pan pizza (for a 1 yr old) once we asked for boxes to go she came to our table and let us know she was ready to take our payment when we were I informed her we were still waiting on the pan pizza she said ok, then waited about 10 minutes to back and repeat that she was ready for our payment, I then asked for a manager when the manager can to the table I explained what at happened and he said that he would get the pan pizza going, while I was watching the other employees in the back talking drinking and eating it took about another 25 minutes for the personal pan pizza to finally come out by this time we were ready to pack up and leave never to return. I feel if they can't make sure the customer is happy then they need to change something. Not to mention that we watched 2 other tables come in behind us and be able to order get their orders and leave while we sat there for 3 hrs waiting for the full order to get to our table. The atmosphere was not very lively and I now understand why. My family will never visit this store again and we don't feel...

I would give 0 stars if I could. Greeley pizza huts are a joke. I kept trying to order the $2 Tuesdays personal pan pizza special from 2 different stores and it would show adding it to the cart for a quick second and then disappeared. I tried calling one of them and after 10 minutes on hold I know it was a call center person who answered he said he didn't know about the special and told me to go to the store. I said no I wanted him to help me and I wanted to talk to a supervisor (because I wanted it to be pre ordered and ready for me. I didn't want to have to wait at the store for it.) He told me to talk to a supervisor at the store. Again I said no I want his supervisor and he hung up on me. I drove to one if the stores and they told me they ran out. How do they run. Out of pizza? They don't. They just didn’t want to sell any that cheap. There were about 6 people in there waiting foe food. I tho7ght maybe they ran out of the personal size crust but after I left madder than before, I realized they weren't out because they have crust cause of the people waiting they can make more little pizzas. We ordered a meal box for delivery 1 buffalo chicken and 1 veggie and some wings and bread sticks. When the pizza was delivered we got a buffalo veggie pizza and a plain chicken pizza when we called pizza hut to let them know what had happened they said it was our fault we made the pizza's that way. We double checked our receipt that was emailed to us and assured them that we did not do that we selected the pizza's we wanted and added them to cart. They said there was nothing they could do. We persisted that there must be something they could do we do not want to eat bufflo veggie pizza. Finally they offered us a credit that was less then two pizza values or they would remake the pizza's and we could go pick them up. I was less then pleased with both of these options because we paid for delivery so we did not have to leave and I had just spent $50 dollars on a wrong order. I took the option of them making us new pizza and we will pick it up. When we picked up the new pizza they only made us a new veggie pizza we still did not get what they offered and what we asked for. Sure enough pizza hut may be a waste of your...
