I went in on Sunday, the 16th of June, to purchase a green and blue Novo Smok vaporizer and bottle of juice. I paid in cash around 47 bucks plus change. I received said products and took them out of the store. I brought the device and juice back that Monday (June 17th) and asked for a refund. I didn't know that they had a no money back refund policy, and I didn't want store credit, so I left both items I purchased in the store. I then returned Tuesday to select a different device and juice since that's what they offered as a service after buying from them. I called ahead to ask if I could get them both back, and they said yes because they put the vaporizer back into their system. So I went in and was told that I couldn't get it back actually because they had thrown it away. I then was given permission to look through their trash and couldn't find the device in the trash. Since this is a reusable device, I expected them to at least re-sell it as it was in perfect working condition and had nothing wrong with it. I was then told that the manager the next day could help me, though, and to come in when he was there. So I called ahead again, explained to him what had happened, and he told me, "Yeah, come on in and get it back." So I show up with the receipt, show it to him, and get told, "Sorry, the best i can do is a 50% on a new device." He said there was no way to tell where it had gone, things get stolen all the time, and there's nothing else he could do for me without getting in trouble. Read moreUPDATE So here it is, 2 weeks later. September 11th, 2025. I stopped by to see if they had replaced the expired vape juice and they have not replaced them or taken them off the shelf. The brand, which I failed to mention is Juice Monster, Frozen Juice Monster, and Frozen Monster. My advice to anyone who shops here, CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES! As far as myself, I won't be going back. I'd also like to note that I did respond to their message to me on here with the email they provided and I have not received any sort of response. My 2 star rating will now be 1 star.
So unfortunately I have to give a low rating for this. I'll say that prices are comparable. That's one good thing. Unfortunately they keep their shelves stocked with expired vape juice that they are selling at full price. And when I came in to exchange it, every single flavor of the brand I had purchased was also expired. They wouldn't give me a refund even though I had my receipt and I hadn't opened my juice. I eventually had to exchange for a cheaper vape juice in a different brand ( they still wouldn't even give me the difference back) and a new coil. I don't think I'll be going back. *Note: I responded to the email address in the auto response to let them know what happened. I received no reply. I guess that's to be expected. A young lady named Ariana was kind of enough to take the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable as well. She knows her products. This place is extremely inviting, their selection is fantastic and cleanliness is well above par. I was introduced to some new products I had never used before and couldn’t be happier with them.
