Unfortunately, I did hear back from the owner of this location and he has decided not to reach out.
I apologize they will not be reaching out, this location is independently owned and operated so this is up to the owner to decide how they want to handle.

That shows me, that they do not care how they treat there customers at all. Will NEVER use this location EVER again! I placed an order via the mobile app last Thursday and I was never alerted that it was ready for pickup. After nearly an hour, I contacted the store, where I was belittled and told it had been ready for nearly 45 mins. When I explained that I never received a notification that it was ready, which I have received on previous pickups and deliveries, I was told it wasn’t there problem, as I should know they are “Freaky Fast” and all orders are done within 10 to 15 mins after being placed. Both the employee and “manager” who I spoke to were extremely rude and condescending. They literally pushed all the blame onto me, which I did acknowledge I was partially at fault, but the response I got was I should know that they are always “Freaky Fast” when orders are placed. I asked for a refund and was given attitude and stated they would. I also asked for the manager or owner to contact me, for which the “manager” stated, “I’ll pass it on but they will call you if they call you.” Basically showing that they don’t really care. I did contact Jimmy Johns customer service and was helped and assured they would pass the incident onto the Franchise Owner and they would call me, but that has yet to happen. Read moreI come to this Jimmy John's pretty often, at least twice a week at the minimum. I love the food, its my favorite place to eat. Ever since i moved closer to this location and started going to this one (since August 2016), i have had almost exclusively, bad experiences. I order the same thing every time I go, a turkey tom with no tomato, add cucumber and a large sweet tea with no ice. It literally never changes. But here's the problem, i can not eat tomatoes and yet everytime i go, there is almost always tomatoes on it or no cucumbers at all. I am never rude about it being as though i have worked at fast food resturants in the past myself. Sometimes i get tea thats not sweetened, that's fine. When i do catch the mistakes before i leave, i polietly ask for them to be corrected or sometimes i even just ignore it, trying not to come off as a rude customer. But now I'm upset that this is a constant trend. I have had times that I was in the drive thru, the lobby completely empty, and yet i waited in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. I have had times that I didn't even get my change back(more than 5 dollars). There have been times that i didn't even get my drink or another part of the order. But like i said, i love Jimmy John's, something just needs to give. I know I'm not the only person that has had experiences similar to mine at this particular location.The ONLY issue I have with this Jimmy John's is the customer service. The food itsself is always good and fresh. Everything is clean and sanitary as far as I've been able to see, it really just is the customer service. Sometimes the attitudes I've recieved were unreal. Also note that I have never had this happen so persistently to me at any other location in Green Bay either. So it really is the staff or something at this particular location. Read moreI walk in and order a sandwich with chips (as I hold up) and a drink. I told him no cu no tom ( I have done this at numerous locations). He then looks at me and asks if I want anything besides the sandwich. Again I hold up the chips and tell him, "chips and a drink". He somehow can not work the register correctly and needs to ask for help. I finally pay the bill, get my sandwich, chips,and a drink and off I go. When I get back to work and open my sandwich, would you believe it had cucumbers and tomatoes. Did I mention he was wearing sunglasses at the register? Jimmy John's what kind of training do you put your employees through? You might need to revisit that!
1/28/21 And this is why I rarely eat here. $11.01 for a crushed sandwich, chips and a medium drink.
10/19/21 tried it again. Walk up to the counter and Mackinzy is there to take my order. 15 on wheat bread, no cu no tom, chips and a drink. Cashier struggled to figure out a teacher discount. He asked me if there was anything else. I repeated no cucumber and no tomato. Then I said chips and a drink. Even then my bill was almost $11 for a tuna sandwich, bag of chips, and a small drink. I fill my cup and then turn to grab some chips to realize they are out of the only chips I like. How can that be? They are loaded with all of the other chips. Is this bad management? So I grab chips I don't even like and leave with my sandwich only to realize when I get back to work that it has both cucumbers and tomatoes, to which I am allergic. How difficult is...
