Went here for fish after reading the reviews. Glad we did. The food was excellent. Best fish I've had in the area. Their house ale was very good too, I'm not sure who the brewer is though. We happened to try it on Good Friday, and it was absolutely packed in there. It's a small place, and getting around was almost impossible with all the people waiting on tables. That didn't bother me much, as the food and service were worth it. The only reason I gave this joint 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the parking lot. There is only one way in and out, and if it's full there is no where to turn around to get out. Also there is no nearby alternate parking like on the street. We almost didn't eat here just because of the parking, but we got stuck because of all the cars trying to get in. We just happened to be in the right place to get a spot when someone left, very glad of that. Our waitress was awesome, friendly and funny (sorry I don't remember if her name was Jennifer or Jessica, but it was one of those). All in all it was great and we will definitely be going back frequently, just maybe not on Good Friday again. NOTE: all they have is fish fry. If you are hoping to get a burger or something, you ain't getting it here. Perch, cod, catfish, bluegill, whitefish, etc. As well as fries, curds, and onion rings....

I had arranged to dine with friends at this establishment. Upon arrival, the group had already placed their beverage orders. After requesting a drink, my glass was served only half full. Subsequently, while ordering food, I felt ignored. A fellow diner mentioned an additional order, prompting a dismissive response from a server. The purported popularity of this restaurant is perplexing, given the substandard service. While my companions received their meals promptly, mine was significantly delayed. Repeated attempts to flag down a server proved unsuccessful. When the food finally arrived, the portion size was disproportionate to the price. A subsequent request for soda resulted in another half-filled glass. The prolonged wait and perceived deliberate disregard led me to suspect tampering with my food, causing apprehension about consumption. Overall, the treatment received was unacceptable. I will not patronize this establishment again, either individually or with a group. Unfortunately I can only think it was the color of my skin that spark this...

Yes they have very gooood perch! Been there a number of times. Today was the first we give less than 5 stars but it was just a server issue and not the establishment. We sat down at table and waited for female server who was indeed working other tables. 4 minutes later an elderly couple sat down next to us in full view of server. Overhearing she appeared to know the couple as regulars. As bad luck has it, our server took "their" order first and next ours, their order arrived 15 minutes later and they were practically finished eating when our order arrived. I get it. Noon friday fish fry! But the place was not overly busy, we've been there before, and this was the first time the wait staff did not take orders on a first come first take basis. I left a $4.75 tip so you know who we were. It would have been $8.00 on the $36.25 if you would have been taking first come first serve, but you folks must share tips, so...

I heard this was the place to be for a good perch fish fry so I had to check it out. We arrived here around 630pm on a Friday night and there was no wait. You seat yourself so you can pick your own table which is nice. The waiter came over to us right away and explained the whole menu to us as it was our first time. We ordered and received our food before 7pm. The service was great and fast. The perch was excellent and the cheese curds were perfectly made. 1 side of fries is definitely enough for 2 people to share. I will be coming back to try some of the other fish!

Its alright. We were told Friday fish frys were a Green Bay activity that we had to participate in. The fish here was disappointing. The batter coating on top was soggy. Apparently the fish aren't even from Green Bay. They're brought in from Lake Erie. Given the menu focuses on seafood, this was surprising. The cheese curds and onion rings were what you'd expect to get anywhere else. The rye bread was probably the best part of the meal. Plenty of tables inside and the place was pretty busy when we went. Service was quick and polite.

I was here on 1-26-24 for my Wisconsin Friday Fish Fry. I had the perch platter. The Perch here is so delicious, flavorful, And just melts in your mouth. The customer service is always top notch. The Food Is always so good. The ope Inna glass and Badger Inna Glass here are both recommended. Always on point. They sell merchandise! The place is a historic site and since they opened in 1932. 92 years in business for a reason. I definitely recommend this place. Great place to go with family and friends. #FoodieDuaneTheWisconsinite
