I ordered Popeyes last night through the drive thru. Due to the long long, I had my order ready after viewing the menu online - I added my order to the cart so I could order it accurately/promptly when it was my turn. The man working entered everything correctly and provided me with my total = $12+. Upon my arrival at the window I handed the young man my debit card and asked for a receipt. My card was swiped, handed back to me, but I was not given a receipt. That young man was observed bagging a large order and running it out to a vehicle waiting in the parking lot. Another man bagged and handed me my food. Still no receipt was given, upon a second request from the fella that handed me my food.
After getting my food and driving to a parking spot, I checked my bank account - I was charged $21.92. I knew the amount was incorrect and proceeded inside with the food I was just handed. I explained the situation once inside to two workers, showed them what I had ordered from the menu online/cart, and showed them the food I received (which was correct); however, they were unable to look into it further. I was told that not until the store closed could the ledger in the drive thru be reviewed. It was suggested that the order tickets had gotten out of order and I was charged incorrectly. Unfortunately, due to me not receiving a receipt, despite requesting one twice, they could not determine if that was the case. The tall, slender man, with brown hair, whom was wearing a non-Popeyes sweatshirt, told me to stop by tomorrow (12/13) and he'd get me refunded the difference of what I was charged.
Today (12/13), I stopped by after work - again explained the situation to a female worker inside the store and described the man from last evening that told me to stop by. It was reported that this man is possibly the CEO, Mark, but he was not at the store today so nobody could look into the matter. I was told to stop by again tomorrow or possibly the next day to talk to him. I'm not looking for free food or anything like that, I just want the amount I was overpaid refunded. Especially since I had requested a copy of my receipt, twice, as I do with all purchases, but then was not provided it either time that I asked, and then was incorrectly charged. This was only my second time ordering from Popeyes and this experience definitely does not sit...

They cannot get an order right, ever. They just can't. I ordered shrimp and tenders, only get shrimp.. Order nuggets and tenders, only get tenders. When they do include some dipping sauces, it's the wrong ones. The last time I went (12/12/21) they didn't have Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite to drink. All of this is because no one would refill the syrup in the soda machine for the drive-thru? I see people standing around inside while I am at the window, can't anybody refill it?
The other issue I have had was a chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through. Like biting into an apple. Disgusting. Can't go in to let them know because the lobby is closed no time to wait another 15 minutes in the drive-thru.
The long line for drive-thru starts to make sense when you get up to the window. Three people at the window, one filling drinks, one taking money, and then the cook putting the food together. The three of them can't get the order right. The woman preparing drinks closes out the ticket so when I say my order isn't right, they're all confused... This place is just struggling and needs some strong management. The incorrect orders start to pile up and backs the line up.
No one in there seems to be directing anybody on what to do and the customer experience is suffering. When this place first opened they were solid, they must have brought in a bunch of management to help get the place off on the right foot, which they did, it's just going down hill since.

I went to the drive thru and I ask for a 3 piece meal and before a say anything else this lady said in a loud and intimidating voice to hurry up so I told her the I want fries and 2 apples pies she interrupt me again to tell me the size of the soda and what kind but when I said the I want a coke she said again with attitude the she was out of coke and to ask for something else I didn't know they didn't have anything except fanta red ,I was so mad the I was ready to leave but my wife and son was hungry so I decided to stay and ask for a chicken sandwich so she got mad again and told me to make up my mind again and with the same situation about the soda why you ask me again when you only have 1 flavor.I went to the window to pay and this lovely African American lady gave me the food and soda and apologized to me and I told her you don't need to apologize it wasn't your fault and also not your fault the your manager doesn't have any manners or education also arguing with another employee I'm front of me the lady at the window was embarrassed about the whole situation and again apologized. This is something the upper management or the owner of that location in green bay wisconsin should make sure the never happens again really bad business and should get fired right away there is not excuse for what she did to us or everyone else like I said get her fired nobody needs this situation ever.please feels free to contact me anytime this happens around 3:45 pm...
