Went there today around 12:30PM Dec. 21..Food is ok. Service however is morbid. I went with my elderly Grandfather. Cashier advised him it would be a 15 minute wait, so he paid for our pizzas and breads, and then came back outside to the vehicle to wait. After about 8 minutes, We noticed several other customers walking out with pizzas.. so we decided to go check in, and get our 30$ worth of food. The young man on the cash register was very rude immediately. I asked for our food and he rudely said "in a minute". I advised him we already had been waiting 15 minutes. He began to argue with me stating my grandfather had never even been in the store..... Yet somehow shortly after that he brought out his order of food. He kept bickering at me and my grandfather the entire time. Belittling my grandfather for going to wait outside. So I asked for his name to give a manager, and he refused RUDELY, literally running away from his register. I tried to snap a picture but couldn't since he ran. He then "told on me" to another worker in the back who was claiming to be the manager. I talked to the "manager" (not sure if it really was.. A larger, older man with glasses) to let him know customer service skills should be brushed up on..and the "manager" looked at me with a blank stare and simply laughed. I ended up calling the Little Ceasars enterprise and letting them know about the poor customer service. I just cant believe the disrespect of elders, and humans alike. So sad. I will never go back,...

I had called on Friday July 26th to place an order for my 3 year old's birthday party on Saturday the 27th, with pick up for 1:30 P.M. My husband had arrived a little after 1:30 to pick up our order and it was not ready until 2:00 PM (the party start time). Management did not say anything to him in the moment or offer a discount for the delay. I called that Sunday to express my frustration to which the manager on duty gave me the excuse of "were short staff and I had to answer phones". They had a full days notice an with the order being ready a half hour late they didn't put pizza's in the oven until pick up time. I told him this was unacceptable and he basically made it clear it was not his problem, and when I told him I'd be contacting customer service he may has well laughed at me after giving me a fake name "John Smith"
I have called Customer Service several times over the last two weeks and not once have I gotten a call back. They advised me they notified the store and promised someone from the store would call me back - never once. I then demanded a manager in Customer Service and never once got a call back there either. Today I sat on hold for over an hour before being transferred to their voicemail.

Read moreI'm trying to keep in perspective that this is a fast food restaurant, staffed by some pretty young people. Even with that in mind, the experience was just bad enough to write about.
I placed a very small online order, and arrived within the time frame stated in my order confirmation. After roughly 10 minutes of other orders going out the door - I approached the counter and was told they were only waiting on Crazy Bread, which was already in the oven. That employee walked back into the kitchen, put on her headphones, and never returned. A new shift came in, so I decided to just back off and give them a chance to catch up - and wound up spending another 45 minutes watching other customers leave with food ordered long after mine. If my one pizza and breadsticks were truly in the oven - you burned them. Probably incinerated, after and hour and fifteen minutes.
I'm embarrassed to say that I asked for a refund, because I just physically couldn't wait any longer. Worse than the employee who avoided customers and stiffed her peer with the hard conversations - was the manager who never acknowledged me or the wait, and just robotically issued my refund....as if this kind of thing is routine there. The only positive is the lovely young lady who arrived to a packed lobby full of frustrated customers, and greeted every one of them with grace and poise. She's the reason this review...
