Wingstop — Restaurant in Green Bay

Really disappointing experience at Wingstop. I placed my order 45 minutes ahead of time, and it was still about 10 minutes late when I arrived. The staff were all standing around in the kitchen chatting—not preparing food or helping customers.

The wings were extremely dry, with barely any edible meat left. I ordered three different flavors, but none had enough seasoning to taste like anything. On top of that, the kitchen and restaurant area were noticeably dirty, which made the whole experience worse.

Suggestions for improvement: Make sure wings are cooked properly and retain moisture. Apply flavorings more generously so customers can actually taste the difference. Keep the kitchen and dining area clean—it makes a big impact. Staff should stay attentive and focused, especially during busy hours.

I come to order food when I ordered I said last time I order original wings here I received chicken tenders which is not I ordered so don’t make same mistake they said oh don’t paid today we make you your order to fixed previously issue okay but I’m not claiming that they said it’s okay don’t pay now come back 20 minutes your order me and my son was walking outside 30 minutes it’s was cold outside after 30 minutes I go back to take my order and they said we call manager , supervisor said no we don’t make your order we can’t First I go there to order food and paid I said don’t make same mistake I’m not go there claim and get food But you guys said don’t pay this we cover it Why you waste my time waiting outside 30 minute With child feels cold...

Absolute wort wing stop I’ve ever been to, the workers all seem to not even know what they are doing and either act dumb or are. I’ve gone to this location probably like 5 times each time expecting different but leaving disappointed each time not only with the food but with the service too. The past couple times I’ve gone I already expect them to take forever making my small order so I call shrewd to make sure it is and they say like10 min and I get there 10 min later and then still have to wait another 45 minutes for my food to be ready and still not be what I wanted. They get my order wrong every single time. They either give me the wrong flavors or the wrong seasoning or the wrong type of wing....
