I would leave 0 stars but that’s not possible. I have ordered from the Mayflower many times and it’s amazing food but tonight I was beyond dissatisfied! I work in the food industry so I know what it entails, when I ordered my food for delivery I expected to have everything in the bag. When I opened the bag I was missing one item so I proceeded to call the store to get the rest of my order. When I was on the phone the first time I was told it would be taken care of and the rest of my order would be dropped off, I said okay thank you and that was that. Then I had two missed phone calls from them when I looked at my phone again, so I called back. First I was told that I was wrong and they know all of the food was in there although it wasn’t! Then they put me on hold and continued to talk about how I was wrong and they where right, so like anyone else would have I hung up and called back to speak with a manager or supervisor and the girl said that there wasn’t one working on the floor and I was wrong about my order so she was going to put me on hold, when she set the phone down she decided that mocking me would be the right answer saying “I ordered a sesame chicken” in a rude sarcastic voice then she returned to the phone to once again inform me that I was wrong about the food I was at the looking directly at and I was informed that they would no longer be making deliveries to me and she hung up. I then proceeded to call back and a male answered the phone so I simply asked if there was a manager or supervisor there and he said yes, so I was lied to by the last employee I had spoken too so I proceeded to explain the situation yet again and he gave the phone to the supervisor where I had to explain the situation another time, after 45 minutes of phone calls I finally recived my food that I payed for. Over all I am disappointed in the staff and I have one message for them. Coming from a manager point of view you guys took care of the situation poorly and there is a saying that applies in every food establishment, “the customer is always right” even if you think otherwise! I will be getting ahold of the appropriate people in corporate in the morning!

Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would,I’ll start by saying mayflower was my last resort I typically go to green tea however I had a long day at work and didn’t want to travel for dinner so I ordered my food for Delivery a little over an hour went by before I realized the lady that took my order never asked for my address…..I called and asked about my food a man answered and said my food was cooked and waiting for a while. He said they tried to call which they never did as I have the ringer on and up and I thought I was waiting on a delivery, he tells me if you still want it it can be there in 10 or 15 so I give my address when it gets here I open everything up and begin to plate up dinner and was full of disappointment. The beef and broccoli was mostly broccoli and carrots i Kidd you not there was a bout 10 pc of meat in the container, if that. and I mean the typical small pieces you’d expect not large pieces or chunks that would explain the portion size , I call back and the same man tells me I should have ordered extra meat.. had I known I was going to have to go through all of that I would’ve driven to Green and gotten twice as much food for the same price I bought the same order at green tea and was able to feed 4 full grown adult males and had leftovers, I am beyond disappointed I can’t express it enough. I’ll never make the mistake of ordering food from mayflower again.

He then began repeating “NO TIP?!?!” Before I even signed for my credit card?
Acting like I didn’t have money to tip him even tho I did.
I decided not to give him a tip because he was rude and while I was signing it to finish and hand it back to him he was sighing and saying “YOU NO HAVE MONEY” and “SO CHEAP” and then when I handed him the signed receipt he wouldn’t hand me the food and I had to grab it out of his hands.
