We ordered dinner through door dash tonight and my friend ordered a chimmi changa with chicken and no beans. We recieved a chimmi with steak and beans. We called to see what could be done to rectify it, we had ordered something for some one else that was coming theough delivery and asked if they could add another chimmi to the order or refund it. We were told neither could happen at first, that we would need to come and pick up the replacement, that there wasn't a manager on staff to speak to, they were going to give us a manager number to call and eventually said they could add the replacement chimmi to the order already coming. After everything the chimmi was not included with the burrito, $15.00 for the chimmi meal. The staff was not helpful in assisting and in the end we never received the correct order even after contacting the restaurant directly. We will not be customers of this restaurant again. It's ridiculous that they can do nothing to assist in making this situation better when they made...
Read moreTaqueria Maldonados is a good place to have a good meal. The chips and salsa were good. I wasn't a big fan of the shredded beef in the enchiladas but they had a good flavor. All he plates were ordered had a great portion of food. The shrimp didn't have much seasoning so the taste was neutral with the fajitas. No fountain soda or alluminum can sodas are served, only glass drinks. I normally enjoy my soda with ice, but the great tasting rootbeer made up for that. The staff was very friendly. They speak bilingual. They had some great Mexican music playing in the kitchen. I enjoyed the music way more than what was on the television. The establishment is small, but there're tables for 4 down the middle and tables for 2 on the sides of the dining area. I'm glad we visited and look forward to trying the other foods. Especially the...
Read moreIt could be cleaner, no one was wearing masks(I get that for some business it’s a matter of preference, but I would’ve preferred if they had). Tacos were okay, the tortillas were cold, the meat was good but not authentic carnitas nor cabeza. They almost tasted the same, like they came from the same batch. On the other hand, the chilaquiles were superb! The salsa was delicious! And we loved that the tortillas were not too soggy; eggs and chicken on top we’re not too oily which is greatly appreciated. Beans and rice could be better; didn’t taste fresh and beans were bland. I think, that even with all the stuff I didn’t like, I would still like to visit again and find hidden gems in their menu. The staff was incredibly nice...
