It was so easy to order over the phone (or online if you are near a computer) and the warm donuts were ready within thirty minutes. I got the signature group, which my family has never tried before. We had so much fun cutting the donuts into quarters so we could do our taste tests and discover our favorites (French Toast and, I forget the name but, lemon rasberry were my delights). These donuts are so delish and such a special treat that they are worth the price ($16 with tax for a dozen). Make sure you get them when people are hungry. They are intended to be eaten right away (or in a day or so before getting too hard). Yummy!!!!!

I really love this place! The duck’s donuts lover’s dream! The donuts are delightful delicious; delicate taste texture, many varieties and nothing can beat the baking freshness. The service is excellent, doesn’t take long waiting for my order ( less than 10 minutes). The parking is available for free, plenty spaces. The ambience and atmosphere pleasant and friendly. The price is reasonable and affordable. I never see so many different kinds of donuts, I tried only twelve, they were fantastically delicious and I am planning my visit again šŸ˜‰šŸ˜‹šŸ«¶šŸ„

According to their rating and seeing all these awesome reviews I was looking forward to my first time here. It’ll be my last. I also wasn’t going to bother leaving a review because of all the ā€œgreatā€ ones but I’m really confused as to how there’s so many. They are SO overpriced and undersized. The kid there seemed to be giving me an impatient attitude even after knowing we have never been here until I decided to order a dozen. They’re all a basic vanilla based donut and they add toppings. Out of all the trendy places this falls so short

There donuts are amazing. Management is not good though.

I called the store about an 1 1/2 hour before closing and no answer. The voicemail clearly stated to keep calling because they just aren't able to get to the phones and they are open. The line was busy sometimes, so it was obvious to me they were still open. I figured Ill just come and place my order in the store instead of over the phone. I know times are tough right now and I wanted to support a business, I also took in account that they most likely are short staffed so they can't reach the phones. As soon as I got there one of the older staff members yells at me repetitively that there closed (a bit over an hour before there closing time). She told me they have a large order so they can't take my order now. I find that so absurd as well, because how can you completely shut a customer out (I was just there for a few donuts), because you have another order to fill.

Then the owner was present and she had stated to me that she understood it was not ok nor fair to me that I showed up and they are telling me they cant take my order. She told me to email her and she would send me a gift certificate. Which I thought was very nice, until I never heard back any response from emailing her. Then I had called the store the next day to just ask if the owner had received my email because I didnt know it she was actually receiving it. The owner out of no where blew up on the phone with me telling me Im harrasing her and that she doesn't need my business. She told me she has been busy, and I totally get that and understood. I just wanted to make sure she actually was getting my email, she could handle it whenever she has the chance. The owner didnt even give me a second to talk and hung up immediately.

Honestly very upset. Im not one to leave negative review's . My parents own a business in which I aid in alot and I understand how tough it is for businesses right now. But the lack of communication and rudeness I experienced was just not proper. Thats not how you deal with customers.

Very unfortunate since I really liked...

Horrible! Okay, I understand they have new staff there, according to the sign they had on a small table when you come in, but, as someone who has worked in fast food and retail for over 20 years, this was not the way to run a business. My husband and I each ordered a donut and a hot beverage. He ordered hot chocolate, and I ordered a latte with sugar free vanilla and almond milk. The donuts were ready in ab out 15 minutes. The lady who rung us up said they were still working on the drinks. It was obvious she didn't know how to make them, and an older woman, Whom I'm guessing was the manager quickly was telling her what to do. We waited for almost another half an hour for our drinks. When we first ordered, we were the only ones in the store, then, people came in a few minutes after us. To add insult to injury, after we finally got our drinks and left, I took a sip of mine and it was disgusting, there definitely wasn't any coffee in it or sugar free vanilla. It just tasted like hot, unsweetened milk. The girls hand was shaking when she gave it to me. As a manager, if you know someone doesn't know how to work the machine or make something, and now you have people waiting longer than they should be and a line, make it yourself, so it gets done properly. We weren't impressed with the donuts either, my husband's was all melted. Train people properly, when it's slow, and if they need help, give it. This was a disappointing experience and total waste of money, will...

Their donuts taste fresh and topping are nice. Just couple dollars more for a dozen compared to Dunkin which is cheaper than I expected.

New store could use some training on customer service. When starting a NEW business I wish people would understand the power of customer service and marketing.

No matter how busy, the manager should always chat up with a customer with a smile when they are approached by customer with "your donuts are great!" I only got "thanks" as she moved on to stop world destruction. Come on - ordering high school worker around and looking super busy when there are no other customer should not be the priority.

There were at least 7 people working with 1 person serving as cashier. If that one person is the best cashier you can have to greet customers then this place is in trouble. The first encounter is important and it felt like I was encountered at a Returns Department returning expired milk. It felt like I was begging her to sell me some donuts while she gave me a nonchalant attitude. You can't expect all young workers to come in with awesome attitude but they should at least train.

The 2 girls who actually decorate the plain donuts were nice and...
