I recently had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell Green Brook location, and I feel it's important to share my review to warn others. I placed an order through DoorDash and was given a specific pick-up time. However, when I arrived at the location just five minutes after the estimated delivery time, I was informed that my order would take an additional 15 minutes.
What made matters worse was the fact that I was the only car in the drive-thru, and yet they still couldn't manage to prepare my order on time. Their explanation was that the fryer wasn't working, which I understand can cause delays. However, I believe that during the waiting time, they could have at least had the coffee ready for customers to sip on. It's a small gesture that would have shown they cared about the customer experience.
To add to my frustrations, they later requested that I move my car from the drive-thru because they didn't want to affect their service numbers for corporate. This is highly unethical as it means they manipulate the statistics to make it seem like they're serving orders quickly, when in reality, they're making customers wait unnecessarily. The service numbers should reflect the actual speed of their service, not some fabricated figures achieved by having customers wait in the parking lot, even though their orders should have been ready 15 minutes earlier.
Furthermore, I specifically ordered two black coffees with no sugar and no milk. However, when I received my order, it was the complete opposite. When I asked to speak to the manager and requested his name, he outright refused to provide it. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer service only added to my disappointment.
Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this Taco Bell location in Green Brook if you value your time or are in a rush. The service was far from fast, and the employees seemed as if they were forced to come into work. Perhaps the franchise should consider either closing this location or completely revamping the entire staff that worked the 8 am shift on...

Read moreTo all that visit and eat at this taco bell please read: My last visit there it was with my daughter, as soon as we walked in the floor was nasty, dirty and sticky and the place smelled like mud. We made a mistake by deciding to stay, after we ordered we looked around to find a clean seat and table but everywhere we looked all we saw was food on the floor, chairs, booths and tables. We decided to sit next to the soda machine, o good lord, the booth was nasty with crusted food and spilled soda, the table I had to scrub to get it semi clean it was worse than the seat. There was dried up food on the bar that separated the two tables that smelled nasty. We should have left I know. We visit that place quite often but it was never that bad. So, I do recommend not to go there but if you do make everything you see, hear, feel or smell known to the manager, not that he/she would care, after all its hygiene we are talking about here. I will be visiting there from time to time to see how the place is and keep reporting, I also have my friends and family doing the same, this place needs to really change just like the one on stelton road, complete renovation.
Thnx and please be careful with this place.
PS I did send a concern message to their headquarters with no response, I...
