A real nightmare. The staff (specifically a girl who acts like a "manager" who I do not believe is actually a manager) will be rude to you and literally yell at you if you aren't coming there via car, but she runs inside before you get a chance to ask her why she feels comfortable yelling at someone she doesn't know/a customer. This same individual placed her personal bag/purse from the floor to the food prep surface that all of the food you order will contact. Germs! Note: My experiences spoken here are from February this year to now, which is July 2023. I keep coming here and keep giving this place another chance and keep being disappointed, almost every single time. And every time, there is some kind of issue whether it is the food, the order is incorrect, or a select few of the staff are aggressive; hostile. The younger staff who look like they're still in high school all seem uncomfortable to work with her, but they are all very polite. I also received a piece of meat with long spindly hairs sticking out of it, probably from a pig, on my hotdog with bacon. I guess the quality control of the bacon that arrives to Sonic and the quality control of the people making the food actually bothering to look for pieces of pig hair in the food simply doesn't exist. I nearly took a bite of it. Mind you, this obscene animal part was not buried in the hotdog, it was one of the very few pieces of bacon (that costs extra, and they are yet stingy about it) atop my pretzel dog. It was literally standing up on the top of the hotdog, wind blowing through the long wisps of hair provided by the fans in the dine-in "pavillion." How do you miss that? They weren't busy, there shouldn't have been such a crazy rush to miss something so atrocious, so I can't comprehend how such a mistake is made. I didn't bother to tell the staff because they have the attitude previously described, and I expect very poor service every time I go, so luckily, I am never disappointed. I did take the specimen that this location provided me home to show my friend, to which he described it as "a real nightmare."

The Drive-In bays are all closed every time I have been there, and they do not post signs explaining so. They additionally feel the need to quite literally yell at you if you try to use them, despite the fact that every other Sonic across the country operates with the Drive-In bays, and when the bays are not in use, they post signs to inform a customer. You will find other reviews state things like "Waited in line over 1 hour to place an order and pay for some milkshakes. Horrible service" Maybe it has to do with the Drive-In bays always being occupied by employee vehicles, while closed, while not being marked as closed for potential customers. Potential customers drive in to the bays, are told to wait in the drive-thru, and leave, all the time! You can watch it happen with your own two eyes. So yes you hear that correct, Drive-In bays are always occupied by employees vehicles, that you can see are parked in the same areas over the course of months to years. If you try to use these parking spots as intended, the only available ones, they tell you (as in passive-aggressively yell at you from across the parking lot) to go through the drive-thru. Very weird considering the franchise is called "Sonic Drive-In," not "Sonic Drive-Thru." Someone explain that one to me. There is parking off to the side where the employees could be parking, but they park in the Drive-In bays 100% of the time. That makes no sense, but that is what they do here. Something is wrong with that. I have never felt uncomfortable or like a fast food location would be hostile towards me or others, until here. I avoid going here because of the hostile environment. You probably should too. Also, their machines are always down, especially the ones that are used to provide the Master Shakes, one of Sonic's staples. So you're better off entirely avoiding them, even if you're okay with potentially being verbally abused by an employee. This is a very very very poor...

The food tastes good but there is something seriously wrong with the service at the drive thru, at least at night time. Sometimes the line literally does not move. One time I was there several months ago and the person in the window was just talking to someone in the car that was at the window for 20 minutes before I ultimately decided to just leave. Around that same time, there were significant waits when I ordered on UberEats a few times (to the point that Uber refunded the money because of how long the waits were), so I stopped ordering for several months. It seemed better recently (the blasts are good, had to go back).

Currently, I ordered through UberEats 1.5 hours ago, had two drivers arrive and wait for several minutes before dropping the order (honestly might have been just one driver who waited a long time, I’m not positive but I think the names changed). I tried calling Sonic multiple times and could not get through, it just said “user busy.” I did finally just get through now (after ANOTHER Uber driver was waiting for 10+ minutes), and the girl who answered the phone at Sonic said the driver just got there 10 mins ago and that she’s handing him the food now, but his car did not move at all until another 11 minutes AFTER we got off the phone. The UberEats driver confirmed the food was not ready when he arrived (which was over an hour after the order was placed).

I understand things happen and I’m really not one to complain but this seems like an ongoing issue rather...

Tried to have lunch here today, emphasis on TRIED. Pulled into a drive up stall and found the computer was crashed with a BSOD. Pulled into a different one to try again, picked what we wanted to order from the menu and pressed the button to order. Waited a couple minutes, nothing was happening so we hit it again before noticing the screen had a banner at the bottom indicating the button was active and they'd be with us soon. Waited another couple minutes before noticing the banner now said to press the button to order. Did so again and waited another few minutes before the banner once again reset to saying press to order. Decided they didn't want our business and left. As we were leaving we noticed three stalls were occupied by empty vehicles and the drive thru was the only thing that seemed to be actively being served. Never saw a single employee go to any of the few other stalls that actually had customers in them. Seemed like they have forgotten the service style they are famous for in favor of the more traditional...

Family friendly, old-school casual restaurant with a big selection of fast food here. Burgers, hot dogs and fries selections top the list. Fountain drinks, shakes and ice cream sundaes come in so many flavors and toppings. There’s a choice of drive-thru or park and order and a carhop will deliver your meal to your car. Service is friendly, even when they are busy (especially weekends and warmer weather months). Prices are reasonable and they offer various daily Happy Hour specials. Young and old alike will enjoy the food and beverages here!

We go here regularly and have minor mistakes occur. Tonight they gave our milkshakes in a smaller than normal cup covered without whipped cream and a cherry. I said something about how they looked and was told that's how they are. When I drove back to say it was made wrong I was told they ran out of dome covers. So I asked does that mean that everyone doesn't get the correct topping? I had them remake them after I had to ask several times!
