Legit looked like I was in the hood doors entrance confusing, I ordered faitajs and my god no meat at all like legit no meet it was legit unions and celontro no meet! I left this spot and took my family to taco way in Jacksonville same price ten times better environment and food was the best honestly for a Hispanic restaurant this is garbage it’s embarrassing to serve this! Taco way is arabic owned and definitely makes your authentic food look garbage we were still hungry and look at the difference they had no cheese on my plate taco way is the way to go!! Had plenty of meat and cheese was melted so good! How can you say you’re Hispanic when you can even serve lime you guys are legit broken down! It’s all about money imo go back to a 9-5 this is trash first ones there second one is taco way and it had so much steak under the cheese it’s not even funny! Also taco way is 90% from scratch not no microwaved tortias

I have had Mexican food a few areas, while there are regional differences (as in southern food in Atlanta ain't the same as whats in New Orleans) for what I have had in Florida, it is pretty good. This was not my first visit however on this visit I tried something I have never had before. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of it however it isn't hard to miss. Served in a large, sizzling lava bowl topped with two slabs of cheese, it has about every meat available on the menu stuffed inside and is perfect for two, it came in close to $19. If you want something tasty and different, try this. Our server was polite but did not visit our table as often as I would expect to fill up drinks, etc I will add that we did come on a busy night. There is a small store at the front of the restaurant as well. Overall I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.

Menue had lots of great sounding options. A complimentary small basket of chips and some salsa to start our experience. I had been looking forward to trying this place out. Unfortunately we most likely will not be going back. The chicken was quite dry and I have not had steak that tough since my wife first started cooking some 25 years ago. Bathrooms were not real clean but not horrible. Between the four of us we got 7 napkins. Not a huge deal if we didn't all have finger food. Waitress asked how ut was and I told her the steak was pretty tough. I think she said ok as she walked away. Overall the food was bland and overcooked. I hope others have a better experience!

My family and I went after the Christmas parade (2022). We did not go right after. We walked around the park with all the Christmas trees. Probably and hour and half after the parade ended. It was busy, but not packed. There were empty tables on the main side. But they sat my family of 4 in "the other room." Let's just say we were not impressed with the atmosphere. This place screams of "the hole in the wall" type restaurant. We do not mind that at all. In fact we welcome it. When the air in the room we were in, is warmer than the air outside (low 70s) there's something wrong. It was super humid inside and that where I had a problem. Humidity like that can cause a lot of issues. We were still likely to pass that. Then came a time where we were waiting for everything. Order, drinks, chips/salsa (oh they weren't even worth it). The food came out in a decent time (even that wasn't worth it) I seriously said to my wife that this was by far the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. We both ordered the Chimichanga. I had the chicken and my wife had the spinach and cheese one. I have had plenty of Chimichangas in all shapes and sizes, and this was as big as 2 slices of toast (yes they were square) my wife is vegetarian and hers has some small bits of beef in hers. (Not acceptable!) My chicken one has a terrible taste to it. Don't know why. I'm not a chef. But I do know that this wasn't supposed to taste like that. The chips were hard and cold and a bit on the stale side. Kids had a taco w/ rice and beans. The rice also had a off taste. The best thing I can say about this restaurant is that the spicy sauce was spicy and good. I do not know if these issue was just this night. I know they are a small business and it's tough, but this was unacceptable. We decided to pay our bill and leave as they only "touched" our table 4 times. Well, 5 if you count them cleaning up after we left. The 4 times they did come they were helpful, but seemed like they had better...

Came here on the 11th of July 2018 to eat, we had christina for our waitress, another waitress brought our chips and salsa and christina came and took our order for drinks. After 5 minutes of waiting, she finally brought our drinks. Then took our order. We waited for our food for 20 minutes. Now needless to say, it WASNT busy in here. Maybe 6 people at the most was here eating. It was slow enough for the workers to sit down and eat. We got our food, and ate. After we were done, we were gonna order fried ice cream, but after waiting for 30 minutes on the waitress, I finally got my daughter to go get the waitress, ( minds you, she was sitting there eating, instead of doing her job) my daughter went to tell her that we needed her, and she told us to wait. We waited and waited, no waitress. We finally got up and left. I ask were the boss was, and the guy at the register said she was on vacation. I have been coming here for years, and the last 3 times I have been here in a month, I got christina. AND SHE SUCKS!! Your suppose to wait on the customers, NOT YOURSELF FIRST!!!

Normally this place is a 4 star restaurant but this time I rated it a 1 star because the last 3 times I have been here i recieved christina as my waitress and she is not a good waitress. She brings the morale in this place down.

Karen is a bomb waitress. She does her job and checks on her customers regularly. She really works hard to take care of her customers. She puts them first...

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband and I stopped by with our 2 year old as we were in the area and the ratings were good. After we sat down it had been a few minutes waiting for someone to come give us menus. Meanwhile someone who had just come in was seated and already ordering their drinks. A while later we had a nice waitress present us with menus. The pictures of food didn't look very good but maybe they don't have a good marketing team. My husband and I both ordered beef Enchiladas with rice and beans. Chicken tenders and fries for our 2 year old. The kids meal came first which came with 2 very thin, short chicken tenders that did not look appetizing and were not eaten. He had a few french fries. As for my husband and I, the rice looked right out of a box and the beans canned. The Enchiladas were a nasty mess. Just Ground beef with some cheese thrown in wrapped in a soggy Tortilla. The cheese inside wasn't even melted. The top was covered with sauce and melted cheese, but this just tasted like straight grease. We were able to get refunded for one meal and the staff seemed confused and said no one ever complains. $15 spent on garbage and a waste of time. They were nice but the food was gross. Don't waste...
