Someone kindly tell this woman that boba is a Taiwanese drink, so that at the very least she can provide accurate information when she boasts of her family's deep involvement with Asian culture. Also be aware that cooking the boba fresh every day is normal and not at all unique to this establishment. Giving two stars because we were provided dinner and a show when we heard her describe cheese foam as "chemically engineered crap" lololol. Low score because the drinks were too expensive for the abysmal flavour combos, boba lovers head the other way to Tsaocca. Fruit lovers might enjoy! A little gem! A friend recommended The Pink Peony and I visited today with my 101-year-old mom. Kristina is a wonderful barista. She asks you a few questions about your preferences and then mixes up a personalized tea that is perfect! Mom and I each ordered a Japanese milk tea with boba pearls and selected two delicious muffins to round out our lunch. Everything in the shop is made with all-natural ingredients, and you sure can taste the difference. The store is charming- filled with little gifts and connected to a specialty clothing shop. this is a cute little boba tea store with an amazing selection! lots of asian snack choices!! they make traditional boba which is DELICIOUS!! I came in a few weeks ago for the first time and the lady helping me was so helpful and was so nice!!
