I went to this location today for early dinner. I went through the drive through. I was going to get a bigger plate with Honey Walnut Shrimp. They were out because their truck hadn't arrived. So I tried to order Cream Cheese Rangoons and they were out because the truck hadn't arrived yet. I placed my order for three plates. I was told my total would be given to me at the window. Their screen at the drive thru wasn't working or they decided not to use it. When I got my food I was told no fortune cookies because the truck hadn't arrived yet.
Then to top it off when I got home I looked at my receipt and I was charged for three bigger plates. So not only was my experience terrible they stole six dollars from me by charging me for three bigger plates but giving me the regular plates. Certainly never going to recommend this Panda...
Read moreThe workers are always very nice, and the food is very good, however they've gotten my order wrong many times. Once i ordered the shrimp, which costs extra, and was literally given two pieces of shrimp. But the biggest problem is so often they're literally out of half the menu, which you don't find out until it's your turn to order. (In addition, the drive thru line is often long, and is built so that once you're in line, you can't get out; frustrating to sit in a long line only to finally get your turn and everything you want is unavailable). Took a picture of today's menu (taken around 6:00 pm). I tried to order an egg roll and they were out of that as well. I could understand it being an off day, but this is how it often is. I just can't understand how a restaurant can operate while regularly being out of...
Read moreThe worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. This was a second chance for them. I last was there when it opened a couple of years back and didn't like it but thought I'd try again. Bad decision! To start with I have never had crab rangoon that tasted like sour pickles. Usually, they taste a bit sweet and of crab. So sour! Plus they as well as the spring rolls were over cooked. I could only eat the vegetable filling in the rolls and had to throw out the rangoon. The orange chicken was eatable as was the broccoli. The chow mein side dish was just okay. The best part of the meal was the Chinese Fortune Cookie -- something they didn't cook. To make matters worse, I ordered through Grubhub and the cost of delivery was not worth the value of the food. I have learned my lesson and will never get food...
