Last night I had a horrible experience. Went through the drive through and when my order was taken, staff was seemingly present, but I was wrong. Drove up to the first window where there was no employee standing. No big deal, I waited for someone to come back. After waiting awhile and realizing no one was coming to the first window, I drove up to the second window. There was a woman standing there that asked what I ordered, so I told her and she walked away and disappeared but didn't come back. Afterwards, an older white woman approached and before handing her my payment I showed her a four digit coupon code I had on my mobile app. Every other McDonalds I have ever been to has never had an issue with using these coupon codes, its so simple to type in a four digit code. What she responded had me in awe. She responded by saying it is too late for all that, and that it had to be done prior to that moment. I told her that it made zero sense, because you are still walking to the computer to run my payment, so how are you not able to type in the 4 digit code for my order. My payment is also linked to the app, so it would have saved her a step anyways. Also, I always provide the code when paying, so not sure how it could have been done prior to that moment. She completely disregarded what I said, just shrugged her shoulders, and walked away with my card in her hand for 2 or 3 minutes. I was trying to catch her to tell her just to forget my order altogether, if youre too incompetent to type in a code, what else is going wrong behind the scenes at this place. The amount of time she was gone with my card, she could have typed in the coupon code. Afterwards, she reappeared, handing me my food but not my soda, I waited and she just stared at me, not saying anything. I finally said, I still need my soda. She handed me my soda that had barely any ice and seemed super watered down. When I opened the bag I realized I was given the completely wrong order. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a McDouble no pickle with a Large Coke, and was given a 4 piece nugget, no sauce, and a regular cheeseburger that did have pickles on it. I was also given a Dr. Pepper instead of the coke I asked for. I did not go back through the drive through, given the experience that I had just encountered. When I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, no one picked up. The older woman was honestly very concerning and was behaving like she was on some type of drug. I saw her just hanging her mouth open numerous time, and the way she was moving and responding verbally was very off putting, and her behavior was out of the ordinary. She is setting very low standards for this particular location, and honestly it looked as if they dont follow proper hygiene standards at this location either. This was all going on with maybe two other cars in drive though at most. I will never return to this location, and Im warning you not to spend...
Read moreBEWARE OF BLATANT THEFT. NEVER PAY IN CASH. I just had the most HORRIBLE experience I've EVER had at a fast food restaurant. Short changed $2 and they were actually arguing with me over it. The woman who took my money must be skimming cash because you don't take 2 bills (a $10 bill and a $1 bill) and somehow put on the receipt that I paid $9 in cash (one $5 bill and four $1 bills). I'm absolutely blown away. Never has this happened to me, at least not with me being aware of it. They made me wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes while they counted the drawer and she said it was off by 60 or so cents, but said she couldn't give me my 2 dollars back it wasn't over by $2. Ok... so the cashier screwed up in a previous order obviously due to the $0.60 under, or the drawer wasn't counted right, or she's stealing and the manager is an absolute sucker thats getting taken advantage of. Either way, it's not my fault she was under $2 or straight up pocketed the cash. The assistant manager told me to pull around while they got their supervisor, Medina, to look at the cameras, which I happily insisted. So it's been 40 minutes now since I arrived at this mcdonalds. I get back in line to find out if the supervisor is done, and I get to the window, see the same girl (pink hair, crooked teeth) staring at me with a blank expression as if I was a different person. I asked if there was an update. She said "oh, we can't give it to you." ???? Ummmm why? I gave you $11? WHY DIDN'T YOU COUNT THE MONEY? WHY STEAL $2 FR? The assistant manager then comes over again and says the supervisor won't be coming to look at the footage... (so you lied) and I can either file a police report or call Medina, her supervisor, in the morning. I honestly don't understand how a person can treat other people like this. She was so nice on the intercom when I ordered, and I was so nice back. I dont believe in being rude to service industry workers. So I don't understand why you would steal $2. I know how much I had because I was excited I had an extra dollar and CRYING in the drive through because I was being shorted my money when I didn't even have enough to deposit in my bank to make an online order. That was the ONLY REASON I was paying in cash; because I had just tried to deposit my measly $11 into my checking account that had $0.44 in it. At this point, I ask for a refund. If I can't trust you to count $11, no way I'm trusting you with my food. She only hands me $9. So now, I'm at home, beyond upset, starving, $2 poorer, and writing this review. To that pink haired, crooked teeth cashier: You deserve every bad thing that ever happens to you. And I mean that with every fiber of my being, from the absolute bottom...
Read moreWow! The ignorance of some of these younger workers is absolutely disgusting! My child is allergic to onions, so i ordered her a couple burgers without onions and without pickles! Now with my child being allergic, i would obviously never serve her anything i didn't make myself without inspecting the food first! So this one still, 12 hrs later has me so heated i could spit! I get home and inspect the burgers before giving to my little girl, well the pickles were not on the burger like i asked and from first look not even one straggler onion đ€Ł good job! Right? WRONG đĄ Not only were there onions on the burger but I'm guess the cook on Saturday night was mad that i ordered special because i decide to look under the cheese and this P. O. S. had strategically placed 6-8 little onions on each patty underneath the cheeseđ€Ź now normally i wouldn't think so far into the mistake, but i heard someone get mad in the background as i was ordering the burgers without the onions and pickles, and i continue to inspect these 2 burgers and im telling you this was purposely done!!! We've all had enough McDonald's that we know, #1 there are wayyyyyy more onions than 6-8 little pieces, and for them to be almost nicely put on the burger and the perfectly covered with the cheese so you had no chance of catching it, luckily i took a bite, because otherwise my little girl would have been in the hospital all night! I tried calling numerous times after that and this morning as well with nobody having the decency to answer during a not busy time! But yeah 3 burgers on each and 3 pieces of cheese, held the pickles and then proceeded to strategically place the onions on each burger and perfectly placing the cheese over them, SMH! Luckily i was able to stop my wife from going up there cause she was ready to lose it on someone! Now they did not know that she had an allergy because I did not provide that information It's just the pure fact that just despite me because I ordered something without something they decided to cover each burger from top to bottom so that them thinking me eating it I wouldn't enjoy any of it because I couldn't even get a bite without an onion, very very petty and someone should really feel bad i hope after realizing they could have really hurt my daughter, im sure this will be the last i hear of it but you should be ashamed for hiring people who would do something...
