I just experienced BY FAR my worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience of all time.. šš.. Bdubs has been a favorite restaurant of mine since childhood & I was SO EXCITED when this location was built near me. But it has been a let down beyond belief..
Tonight, I went with another mom & friends of our daughters for a fun, quick dinner for the girls after a long day of dance. Sunday evening, dinner, so we did anticipate some crowd and delay, but the experience we had was absolutely pathetic.. it took an EXCESSIVE amount of time for our drinks to be delivered (a White Claw & beer on tapā¦).. at first, they brought ~half the tables food orders (which created its own issues itself since 1 of my kids had food & 1 did not..), but they didnāt give silverware. After hunting someone down so my 2 year old could have a fork to eat his macaroni and cheese, SOME more our food was delievered & my order was completely wrong + my daughter and her friend didnāt receive their food. After bringing this up to 2 staff members about my completely incorrect order, they kind of blew it off but did eventually take my food back to fix the issue. I asked that my new, correct meal be brought in a box to go so we could leave shortly. Now, Iām not someone to get angry too often, but I have a pretty extensive history in Food Service & Food Safety as a Dietitian, and I have never been so appalled by the pathetic excuses that came next. Eventually, the waitress came to explain they are āshort staffedā & she was ātalking with managementā about this issue. *Iām probably leaving out some details, but by this time, my fuse is about to blow. This location COMPLETELY messed up my meal, essentially tried to avoid me for half the meal while my kids ate, and then basically did nothing.. itās over an hour into my meal, no food yet, and I asked for my meal to be compensated. Again, āIāll talk with managementā, yet no manager came⦠when the waitress came back to say that they could not compensate my meal⦠WHERE IS YOUR MANAGER?! After having to go straight, all out, Karen mode, the manager MaGiCaLly appeared within a minute (literally). He then explained they ācouldnāt compensate my order. We get this all the timeā⦠wait, what?! You get so many complaints about incorrect orders that you just willingly told me itās a KNOWN problem?! š¤¦š¼āāļø. When I told him what I DID order (a Buffalo chicken wrap with chips as salsa as the meal typically comes), this manager then argued with me stating āno, it comes with fries.ā K, it doesnāt (see screenshot), but regardless, I asked for chips & salsa with my wrap⦠I was given a BBQ wrap with friesā¦. I was then told āthat must have been someone elseās orderā⦠okay, well where is mine?! My entire table has been served.. š¤¦š¼āāļø
Eventually, my correct order did make it to the table! Served up on a plate & not a box as had been requested so I could LEAVEā¦The manager told me if he were to comp my meal, heād have to take it back. K, so you made a COMPLETELY WRONG order (amongst this other chaos..), made me sit here and wait a crazy long time for my new food, but if I DONāT pay accordingly, youāre going to take it back? š„“. As someone who has literally been a food service manager⦠NO. Thatās not the answer.. I expressed that Iād be leaving a VERY poor review (hey! Here it is!!), to which he said āsounds great!āā¦. š. Like wow, Iāve never felt SO DISMISSED as a customer in my life! After all was said & done, they gave me ~$2.50 off my bill š¤¦š¼āāļø, charged my friend incorrectly with my drink, and left me with an experience & memory of why I will NEVER return to this location & encourage others to do the same⦠extra credit for heartbreak since this location is literally down the road from my house + RIGHT by my daughters dance studio.. š„“š©š
Iām not exaggerating when I said that I eat Bdubs on a weekly basis if itās nearby. Itās genuinely one of my favorite places to eat! But my heart is soo sad that THIS is the type of service I can apparently expect at my local...

Arrived a little before 12:30 and it was pretty busy. A lot of people leaving when we came in and we got sat immediately. Waitress took drink orders and came back later for food order (around 12:35 maybe) My beer took quite a while to get beyond my water and kids' sprite... I'd say over 5 minutes Our app (pretzels with beer cheese) came out at 12:52. It was cold and seemed to be delivered by a kitchen runner rather than our waitress. Cheese was starting to congeal so I think it just sat out and our waitress never delivered it, rather than the kitchen being backed up My kids got their food (a kids cheeseburger and mac'n'cheese) at 1:14 (45 minutes after order). Both items were cold. The waitress who brought our food (not our actual waitress) asked if I had ordered anything. I told her my order and she ran back to check. Never saw her again. Asked the waitress to cancel my burger order and just bring the check at 1:30 (an hour after our order) when my kids were done eating. She was gone for quite a while (I'd guess 10 minutes), and when gone my food came out I paid, and started to leave but thought this wasn't a great experience and should explain and asked the hostesses to get a manager. Not a point to raise a stink...just that there are improvements that need to be done...like perhaps if the kitchen is overwhelmed don't seat so many people) Two girls ran off to find a manager and the third told me "well you came right at rush hour". I can't handle the excuses so that set me off. I explained that I was sat next to the door, saw more people leaving than coming, was there for well over an hour to get a burger, at it was unacceptable. The two other hostesses came back and told me the manager was prepping for a shift change meeting and didn't have time to talk to me. I saw the manager standing in the back doing pretty much nothing while the girls were talking to her
I won't take an issue out on a waitress when it's the kitchens fault and vice versa. But this place was a mess. I'm not sure who was at fault. Likely a little bit everywhere. The final straw was the manager didn't have time to talk to me though. I will not be going back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen going to BW3s for 30 years. Quality has gone down except prices have gone up. Food quality is inconsistent. Burnt/overcooked wings. Service is inconsistent also. Every visit in a craps shoot. But lately it has been getting worse. My wife and I usally order 30 wings and everytime we just don't know what we are going to get. This location is new and originally I thought it would be better then Crookshank but it hasn't. Ordered 30 wings yesterday for Valentines Day and went home only to find them overcooked and dry. Also failed to include the carrots that were clearly maked on the receipt. Would have brought them back but it was cold out and we were tired by the time we got home. Instead we threw them away. $50 down the drain. Today we will go somewhere else to locate a better chicken wing option. I don't know a solution. Usually management has been pretty responsive but I get tired of complaining and actually don't like to complain. It makes dining out such a miserable experience that I lately avoid going there but my wife likes their wings. On top of this we met by a combatant lady at the takeout counter who was more interested in rushing us through our order then helping us navigate through it. When asked about a new online order policy she told us that was separate for her and she didn't deal with that. This was at about 330 pm. Not even at a busy time.
Bw3s has always been my #1 choice when it comes to wings. We love there sauces,casual environment , and convienece. But lately I don't know . It's been trivial now with there inconsistent quality and service that we will shop elsewhere. I will write a formal letter to there corporate location Monday outlining a more comprehensive perspective. In the meantime I will be taking fifty dollars worth of wings out to the trash. The racoons will enjoy them better than we did. Maybe.
Upgraded my review. 9-1-2025 Food and service has been better. Love sitting at the bar. Bartenders are great. Sat on the patio and service was good. Wings are hot and...
