Placed a delivery order at 8:12pm and it wasn't delivered to my house until 9:24pm (I live 4 mins from this place 1.1 miles). This has happened 3 times and when I call and ask what's taking so long I always get the same excuse "we are under staffed". Well call people who are off and see if they would like some extra hours or hire more people. The is store was outstanding it used to only take 5-10 mins to get something to be delivered to my house. When the driver got to my house he asked if I knew where his Jefferson Street was for his next order. Don't you think your delivery driver would have a GPS for deliveries or at least know the area. I tried to call this location on Sunday of Labor Day weekend at 7:30 pm. The phone would just ring and ring and ring, not even an answering machine that would say sorry we missed you but we are closed for today and we will reopen tomorrow at whatever time. The excuse I got was they didn't have enough employees to run the business. While that is a true statement I don't believe it is an accurate one. I think he may have given a few people the night off to attend Riverfest and then others decided that they were going to go since the other people got the time off and maybe a few called in sick. It's maybe only a third of the time that they get the orders correct. Apparently adding onions, or mustard, or mayo, to a sandwich is too hard, both tonight and several other times. And the workers weren't busy, they were just sitting there on their phones.
Let alone the time that we ordered delivery, and they just didn't bother to let us know they didn't have a driver. The order just sat there for 20 minutes until we called and found out, then another 15 while we picked it up and brought it home.
